the phone came in funny packaging but when i opened it was indeed an iphone 12. i got the red one with 256gb. the battery health was actually kinda nice i'd say, it was at 86. it had about 2 minor scratches on the screen & back glass but arent noticable when the phone is on or off, only visible with flashlight. it had some paint scraped a little off around the aluminum but besides that, everything is perfectttt.

Just received it. It's nice. Battery health is at 94% which is good. Screen has a little scratch but it's alright.

The phone is excellent and the transition from an iPhone 7 to the 12 was way smoother than other iphone upgrades I have done in the past.I lost nothing and did not even have to use a computer. The Best Buy purchase experience was also very good

Good as a new one it has a few quirks but for the price it was for this preowned phone I love because I love iPhones!

Everything was in great condition, the iPhone didn’t have any scratches or dents, I was a little scared on purchasing but glad I did !!

I was VERY scared about buying it based on other reviews but when i got it it came in funny packaging but when i saw the phone IT WAS SO PERFECT And when i set it up i checked the battery it was perfect and theres nothing wrong with it no scratches or cracks im so happy i made this purchase:3

I’ve been using this phone for a little while now and it’s honestly worth every penny. The performance is smooth and fast, the display is bright and crisp, and the battery life holds up really well through a full day of work, school, and social media. The camera is also super clear and captures great photos, even in low light. It feels premium in the hand but still lightweight. Setup was simple and transferring data from my old phone was easy. Definitely recommend this if you want something reliable that will last!

Exactly what was advertised. Condition was excellent with no scratches. Phone works perfectly. Great option if you’re on a budget.

For a used iPhone 12 you really can't tell it's used I can see two small light scuffs but in a case you wouldn't know the storage is awesome I've had no hardware issues with the device and it arrived on time when it was ordered my only issue is the battery life is not that great but that's on me it did come with a new battery when I got it

Really good performance and in excellent quality. No scratches, no glitches, and camera quality is as expected. Battery life is only up to 82%, which is good considering it was pre-owned, and it charges fast. W purchase overall!! Especially for the price, it was worth it.

The new to us phone works great and is in very good shape. The battery is a bit worn (77%) but its holds a decent charge.

Bought for my daughter she seems to like it everything has worked ok on it so far. Battery is good I think it works well. I gave a 4 start because I do not like how light it is like it’s made of nothing.

It was in perfect condition, runs very smooth, no issues.

The phone operates well and was in excellent condition. I had no issues installing my SIM to get service going. My only issue was the charging cable and plug provided were faulty so it wouldn’t charge and it also overheated easily.

Dislike wait time. Like the phone and deal. My first I phone happy.

This iPhone was absolutely terrible. It had chunks of aluminum frame either gouged out or badly scraped so you could see the aluminum under the paint. The back was OK. The screen had noticeable scratches. One across selfie camera and one below it to the right as you look at the screen, also the screen was scraped on the bottom very noticeably. The scratch below the selfie cam was noticeable whether the screen was on or off. The battery was at a horrific 76% of total capacity. All that does not justify its $500 price. For less than that, you can buy a pre-owned iPhone on Amazon in much better condition under their Renewed or Renewed Premium programs.
