The phone is great! I upgraded from an iPhone X to this iPhone 12 Pro Max mainly because of the 5G, well the size increase as well. A simple switch of my Consumer Cellular Sim card from my old phone to the new phone and it worked perfectly. My only probably was Best Buy had these phones at the time for $839.99 but Amazon was $200 cheaper and their phone were guaranteed to have at least a 90% battery capacity. Best Buy does not price match on refurbished things. But I had $300 of Best Buy Rewards points, so I had to go with Best Buy and the phone only had a 80% battery capacity. Great phone, I'm glad I got it. Cheaper would have been nicer though :-) Photos are sitting next to a CD to show the size comparison.

The phone came earlier than expected, and for it being refurbished, it was in excellent condition. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn’t want to spend the high price dollar amount for an apple because it’s just like getting a brand new one.

The phone works great, the size is just right, the camera takes great photos and video. The only problem is with the battery life and it not being replaced before purchase. It had 85% battery life so it’s a matter of time before I have to replace it.

So.. my moms kept saying that she needed a new phone ( she really did because the camera wasn’t working and what’s the point of going to replace it, just ya know ) anyways, didn’t wanna get it online, needed asap so I decided to hit my good people at bb up and they had the color I wanted and everything ( this was a birthday gift for her as well) yeah.. um the manager Justin was cool, he took care of me or whatnot, gave me the deets on how the phone can’t have apple care bc of it being refurbished which idc bc I got insurance so.. but yeah .. surprised mom with it in her lunch bag by calling it and she loves. Best 600 paid

However, the battery health is currently at 81%, and Apple considers the phone eligible for battery replacement once it drops to 80%. When I purchased the phone from Best Buy, this wasn’t mentioned, and now replacing the battery will cost an additional $100.

Great phone and features love the clarity and also the night vision for taking photos and the battery life is outstanding as a pre owned phone owner I am impressed moving up from an Android phone

At first I was skeptical about purchasing a refurbished phone. Not knowing what to expect out of it as I never have before. But to my surprise it was an excellent condition and works brand new. The only negative thing I’d have to say about it is the price was very expensive with it not being brand new.

My iPhone showed up brand new condition. Had a sim tray tool, charger, and usb cord. Totally worth every penny. It doesn’t come in the original packaging but a very proper smartphone generic box and packing was used to ship it to me. This packaging works perfectly and the phone was secure in side of its packaging with little to no risk of shipping damage. The battery arrived with 94 percent battery life health.

I’ve purchased a preowned iPhone 12 pro max and you can’t even tell that it’s pre-owned looks brand new works perfectly

Great phone, couldn’t tell from new at a good price ! Was able to upgrade to a higher level due to reduced pricing. Looks like new. Everything was easy to do, was able to get refund easy, as well as make new purchase very easily. I would not hesitate to purchase refurbished by Best Buy .
