Used iPhone 14 in great condition. Much to my surprise you cannot take the phone out of the sealed case before purchase but you can return if unhappy. I took a chance and the phone was in very good condition and even had a brand new battery. We have been using the phone for over a month now and had no issues. Very thankful for the Best Buy pre-owned option to save money and still get a great quality phone.

It was in exceptional condition, and was a total upgrade from what I used to have. The iPhone was in great condition Only reason it wasn’t excellent was because of slight scratches around the top ear speaker but I wasn’t expecting perfect condition Battery Health came at 100% capacity I’d buy from again & recommend this to someone trying to upgrade on a budget (relatively speaking)

As the product description says it’s used by an excellent condition, and after talking with the customer service desk about conditions yes the phone is exactly as it says. It works fine and the battery is great so far there appears to be no issues with the phone.
