I was honestly surprised by how good this pre-owned iPhone 14 looked when it arrived. The phone was extremely clean with little to no visible scratches, and it worked exactly like a brand-new device.

So far, so good. It’s taken me a month to get my phone synced because the Best Buy salesperson couldn’t get through to my carrier for verification and he suggested I drive to them to get it done. 7:30 at night I drove over there and was welcomed by a rude sales person who was more concerned about getting out of work on time. He did something to my phone that caused problems for a month. I just got it set up today after driving two hours to Apple and back. Hopefully I’m all set.

It came very timely, works and looks brand new and was affordable for my budget. I've had it for over a month now and I've had absolutely no issues, its amazing.

Overall performance great charge great camera quality

The perfomance of this Iphone is really good and I don't recall my phone being laggy. It takes good quality pictures and they look good. The only thing I could complain about is that the maximum capacity for my battery health is 86% which can lower the hours of usage between charges.
