I’m extremely happy with this purchase. The iPhone arrived in excellent condition exactly as described. It works perfectly, the battery life is great, and cosmetically it looks fantastic for a used device. The price was the best I could find anywhere, which made this an even better deal. So far, so good. It’s taken me a month to get my phone synced because the Best Buy salesperson couldn’t get through to my carrier for verification and he suggested I drive to them to get it done. 7:30 at night I drove over there and was welcomed by a rude sales person who was more concerned about getting out of work on time. He did something to my phone that caused problems for a month. I just got it set up today after driving two hours to Apple and back. Hopefully I’m all set.

It came very timely, works and looks brand new and was affordable for my budget. I've had it for over a month now and I've had absolutely no issues, its amazing.

Used iPhone 14 in great condition. Much to my surprise you cannot take the phone out of the sealed case before purchase but you can return if unhappy. I took a chance and the phone was in very good condition and even had a brand new battery. We have been using the phone for over a month now and had no issues. Very thankful for the Best Buy pre-owned option to save money and still get a great quality phone.

It was in exceptional condition, and was a total upgrade from what I used to have.
