Perfect Condition- Basically a new phone!
I was very skeptical to purchase this phone considering the 2 stars overall review. I took the risk though and I'm so happy I did. I've had this phone for over a week now. It arrived in basically perfect condition. No scratches on the screen, casing or cameras. There is a microscopic bit of scuffing near the camera lens, but nothing that's noticeable, or damaging. Battery came at 100% too! Basically got a brand new phone for a reduced price. True 1TB size, 100% battery life, no issues. (It was even at 0 cycles when I first got it! That means the battery is brand new!) The charger Best Buy provides with the phone was awful though- didn't work. Phone rejected it and wouldn't charge, but that's no problem as I already have chargers for this. In all, I'm VERY happy with my purchase. Reduced price, and environmentally conscious! Love.

Not as advertised. Unpleasent experience. Returned
I feel its falsely advertised as an excellent condition device. I recieved the device with lot of gunk around the ear piece, speakes and charging port. I tried to clean it my self but its a lot & its not possible clean in bottom speak area. Battery is at poor state and i was very disappointed, it comes with a cheap cable and a unpresentable box. I ended up returning the device as its no way worth $900(excluing taxes). Bestbuy should have a check on the condition before sending out to customer to preserve its reputation.
