Overall, a nice phone a few miner scratches firs iphone color nice, material nice.. Sometimes if freeze but other than that it works fine. Very happy with my phone

Looked new, other than one little scratch you can’t see unless you hunt for it. Battery health was at 100%. No complaints. Tried a new Samsung and didn’t like it, so I’m glad I could get this. Very happy with the quality and size. I had a pro max before and it felt too big for my pockets. This is perfect.

Honestly, there is nothing wrong with this iPhone. Camera quality, iPhone display, and even the battery are excellent. I was EXTREMELY spectacle getting a refurbished phone, but it works divinely. I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review, incase anything happened. But every is working excellently. I’ve had this phone for about two months now. It also comes with its own 60 day warranty as its refurbished. I was given a charger as well which was very useful. All features works, everyone runs more than just smoothly. When I got this, battery capacity was at 100%. I highly recommend!

Great size and preforming device. I had the 15 pro max and decided to try the pro this year and I’m not disappointed at all. And buying it from Best Buy was the best choice due to me being a total member and getting that Apple care for free was a must.

Everything went as planned I ordered the phone my sister picked it up and she said she didn’t even have to wait no more than five minutes when she got there and when I got off work I opened the phone and it was as beautiful as new as if I had just bought it from the Apple Store so if u need a just as new iPhone refurbish Best Buy got your back 100% thank u so much happy holidays from Anna R

We bought this phone for my daughter for Christmas and she loved it. It works great, no issues. We were able to get it connected to our phone line without any difficulties. It was the best price in comparison with other places too. We are happy with our purchase.

Honestly this phone is amazing it’s definitely a good upgrade from my old phone without spending too much money. The battery life came with 99%. I’ve had this phone for about a month now and it works just as great as the day it arrived. Although it did not come in perfect condition. There was a tiny scratch on the side but i can’t see it from 12 inches away and the case covered it anyway. Overall would recommend.

I am disappointed that I was not advised that this device was not eligible for AppleCare during relevant consultation with representatives. I drove almost 100 miles to pick up this phone because I needed a replacement phone ASAP. I would have purchased a phone nearby had I known this product would not be covered by my BestBuyTotalCare membership. I'm not sure if the camera focus is working perfectly and I don't have the peace of mind I expect from the purchase of an Apple product, but otherwise it was a good deal.

The phone looks and works like brand new. It had 100% battery health and was in perfect condition. It was really a nice deal for someone who doesn’t need the latest model and wanted something unlocked.

I have ZERO complaints. Jeremiah helped me with this purchase. His demeanor and clear communication reassured me that I could buy with confidence. This was a ‘refurbished’ iPhone 16 Pro. Not a single scratch or sign of wear. Battery health was 100% and only had 2 charging cycles on it! I am extremely pleased and will be going here for future phone purchases for the family. I am not going to make this an iPhone review. As far as buying a preowned iPhone from Best Buy: Phone was absolutely perfect. No blemishes, no scratches. Battery Health was 100%. Even though the phone was less than 1-year old it said it was ineligible for Apple Care if that matters to you.
