First time buying a phone from Best Buy and I can say is Good for me

Good phone overall, only downside is that the battery dies faster that the other iPhones I had purchased before.

Item has several scuffs on the side so it does not meet the excellent criteria

The phone randomly buzzed really loudly, the battery life is real short and the touch on the screen is not the best.

This is not a USB C charging port as expected. Best Buy ships through FedEx and does not allow customers to switch to pick-up at FedEx office options, leaving packages vulnerable to porch theives. The phone itself works well, decent battery life, easy set-up, very good condition for being pre-owned.

Phone is like new bought it for my son he loves it and because it's a step up from his previous iphone.

Certified refurbish is just as good as a brand new phone. If you are not able to get a NEW phone then I recommend you get a certify phone working as brand new! I have purchased multiple refurbished items and at last a very long time

Phone looks and acts like new, except it does not hold its charge as well as my old phone, which is a Samsung. Great value, fully able to update with current iOS.

Good price for phone that is fully working and looks bran new. it got delayed for a few days but thats not bestbuys problem. Would recommend!
