Ive ordered many products from best buy to my satisfaction but this one was a big disappointment. The product recieved ran slow, froze up, and had loading issues even with wifi. Imagine me buying a upgraded gift for my kids' birthday, letting the cat out the bag only for her to tell me mama this isnt working right. I had to switch her back to her old device. (Very dissappointing) (Mind you if i would of did the trade in processand sent in the old device; Id be screwed) Not only that but it took an extra day to schedule a repair with geek squad. When taking the product to best buy geek squad, the device froze up on them so bad they couldnt even do a diagnostic. They finally said that its nothing they can do; I just got to take it to apple! They said with the trouble the phone was experiencing they would have to ship it out for repair anyhow. At first I scheduled a repair with apple that had no availability until 2 days later and then I thought about it geek squad said if they have to send it out id be responsible and taking it to apple id be responsible...say what now? Incur what cost?? The best thing best buy offers was a 15 day return window cuz I sure did return it!! And used all that possible repair money to buy a better device!

Great product and had no issues connecting to my carrier.
