Arrived quickly, but with a little chip on the edge of the screen. Thankfully it doesn't impair usage. Takes a little while to charge but I think for a used ipad that can be expected. Overall very satisfied and would suggest this to someone looking for an ipad!

I absolutely love this iPad, I got it to play Genshin Impact which is a pretty heavy game to try an install, it worked for nearly a year with all the new updates before running out of space because of how big the game is, but the iPad is amazing! It linked without a problem to everything, wifi, my iPhone, my laptop, my bluetooth in the car, it's literally the best thing I could have spent my money on

Great IPad for the price. Some apps do close randomly. Usually High Graphic Games. Works as good as a new one other than that issue.

Bough this refurbished. Came in looking just like a brand new and working like a brand new one at a great price.

I couldn't be happier with my refurbished Apple 10.2 IPad - 9th generation, 64 GB. My IPad arrived quicker than expected and looked brand new. I'm still learning how to use some things on it, but I would recommend this product to anyone, and the savings was great.

Arrived in excellent condition and with a charging cable. Got it set up and synced with my iphone easily and am enjoying using it. I previously had a Kindle, but was able to download the KIndle app and use this as my evening reader - bigger and easier to see. Would recommend this to others.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this reseller‘s Customer Service is just terrible. Bought this product at a good price however the screen failed with less than two weeks of light usage. Contacted the seller and requested to return the product for replacement. They said they could not replace it but they would refund it if I returned it. I returned it and did not hear back about a refund for my return. Over two weeks passed since they received the return with no communication about refunding. I had to contact Best Buy Customer Service to get a refund process for the returned iPad. In the future, I will only buy refurbished Apple products from Geek Squad, or Apple itself, as they make it easy to return and replace or get a refund for defective products.
