This refurbished device is in pristine condition. I will add the charger and pen were a disappointment. However they do work. The company is very reliable and responsive to any issues.

Tablet was sold described as in excellent condition with charger, charger cord and stylus pen. Received a dented tablet with scratches on the screen, no charger, cord or stylus pen. I contacted Best Buy, but since this is a refurbished unit, they forward the info to the seller. The seller sent a stylus pen, but no charger or cable. The unit works well, so I am happy for the price paid, but don’t like the false advertising.

There were several things I did'nt like about this entire sale. I was looking to get one shipped to the store. I just didn't want it to get stolen. I thought I found one. The seller said it would be able to ship to a store in Upstate NY. That wasn't true. Good thing The manager Michael was able to contact me and allowed my daughter to pick it up. I love that the package came with all the accessories. That was the reason I purchased it. Well the other reason she returned it is the Ipad wouldn't keep a charge. I did check the reviews before purchasing it, but I couldn't take a chance. Please know that the Ipad DIDN'T come from Best Buy refurbish but a third party. I bought my Ipad from Best Buy new and haven't had no issues. I do recommend a item like this, but if buying refurbished make sure it's NOT a third party selling through Best Buy. Thank you
