Customer Ratings & Reviews

I bought this iPhone 13 from Best Buy, and overall I’m very happy with it. The phone looks almost brand new and is in excellent condition. Everything works great, and the charger and accessories were included. The only downside is that the battery health is at 86%, but other than that, it’s a really good phone and I’m satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend it!

Great phone in great condition! Very happy with this purchase for my 13 year old! Only thing’s is it says maximum battery capacity is 81%.

Good iPhone! Not slow at all and didnt have a single thing wrong with it. Battery life is great! The new update doesnt make my phone slow at all! Camera is clear as day.

No scratches dents like brand new no issues what so ever…definitely will purchase again an again!

It’s pretty good for a 13 camera is decent enough my most favorite thing is the double camera

I Love it!!!! The color is beautiful, the camera quality looks amazing.

The phone ran exceptionally well and condition was indeed excellent. Highly recommended!

I have this phone for 2 years now I love it. It hasn’t given me any problems and I love the red color. I would recommend it

Loved this love the color amazing quality volume is nice camera quality is nice too

The phone actually came in excellent condition, with the exception of 2 tiny scratches on the edge, tiiiiny scratches on the silver parts of the camera lenses & a little crud left in the mic space. These scratches are BARELY noticeable & I'm sure they cleaned the mic as well as possible. A charger was included (not a base) but it wasn't an official Apple charger. Calls sound great! Battery health is at 85%, which is eh, but it isn’t too bad for an almost 4 year old phone. Overall, I'm happy with it! Thank you Best Buy!!!

Great camera quality, fast, durable, and a perfect size to fit in my hand. I recommend this version because it’s convenient yet offers amazing quality.

My phone basically exploded the day before first day of college so I was in desperate need of a phone. I wasn’t expecting much since this was supposed to be a placeholder phone, but 2 months later and I’m still using it! It works very well and for the price (like $400) shhh it’s still an apple phone!

Very good phone!! Everything works perfectly I have no complaints whatsoever! I work for construction so my phones a little dirty from work but when I got it, it was spotless no cracks and dust it was like brand new. I also got a screen protector from Best Buy which I can go back whenever I want to get a free one every time so that’s also great!

absolutely love! still have the phone this day not a problem and excellent customer service very polite and always available. looked for a phone and was able to purchase same day!!

Really love my new phone. Easy to use. Price was good. I was ready to update my phone

This is a very nice I phone. I use it for emergency and medical calls only. ( I have two phones)

Unbeatable price for this, I was worried because it wasn't the latest version he might not be as excited but he's still thanking me for this daily a month after Christmas.

I love the phone perfect condition, I love the color

Love my iPad mini. It is just like new. Saved so much money buying the preowned one, bought it online and it shipped right to the store for me to pick up. didn’t have any problems at all!

I love my iPhone 13 5G; it's everything I expected and more. It has numerous features and applications. It syncs well with my laptop and other devices. Very reasonable price for the type of tech I received.
