Customer Ratings & Reviews

I am thoroughly satisfied with my iPhone 15+128 GB, which is unlocked. Its performance is exceptional, and the battery life is remarkably long. The phone’s performance was outstanding when I purchased it, with approximately 90% battery life remaining. The condition of the phone was excellent, with only minor scratches that did not cause any damage. I highly recommend purchasing unlocked phones through Best Buy.

This phone was reasonably priced has good battery life and is in great condition, love the color, this phone is perfect for me.

When the Phone came in, I was shocked they didn’t come in the original box but upon opening it, it looked great. Did not come with the original Apple core but did come with a USB-C cable, but the phone was exactly as advertised with no scratches.

I am always iffy when it comes to pre owned purchases but Best Buy has made that experience overcoming with the ability to provide the great experience and seeking furthermore in the future when considering upgrading.

Best Buy scam me for 783 dollars never got a phone and ups don’t have proper tracking info

I bought a pre-owned iPhone 15 Plus from Best Buy for my brother, and the experience was excellent. The phone arrived in great condition, with minimal signs of use, and it works perfectly. Battery health was strong, and the screen and cameras looked almost new. Setup was smooth, and everything functioned exactly as expected. Buying pre-owned helped save money while still getting a premium device. Best Buy’s quality check and reliability gave me confidence in the purchase. Overall, this was a great value and a very satisfying experience.

I recently bought an iPhone and I’m really impressed with the overall quality of the device. Right out of the box, the design stands out — it feels premium, solid, and very well-built. The display is bright, colorful, and super smooth to use. One of the highlights for me is the camera. Photos come out sharp and detailed, even in low-light situations. The portrait mode and 4K video recording are top-notch — perfect for anyone who enjoys capturing high-quality moments. Battery life has also been surprisingly good. Even with heavy use — social media, video streaming, and GPS — the phone easily lasts all day. Face ID is fast and reliable, making everyday use very convenient. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase. Apple’s attention to detail and performance really shines here. If you’re looking for a fast, reliable phone with amazing camera quality, I highly recommend this one.

Works absolutely better then expected Battery life great, No physical damage

This was for my daughter, she is rough on phones so i didnt want a brand new one. This is the perfect color, no issues, easy to switch the eSIM. I would feel comfortable buying preowned again.

Zero complaints. Great battery life. Phone came in excellent condition, as stated. 10/10.

Very excellent works super good display good battery life is super

Phone was “like new”. No scratches, battery at 90%, good packaging.

Great overall performance, not a bad phone at all. Touch screen is sometimes iffy especially after long use, but would recommend to spend the money and buy it.

Product seems to be just fine so far as I’ve only had it a month gave not discovered all the new features yet

Just as good as new. Had absolutely no problems with this phone and was able to set it up really quickly and easily

This phone is excellent! coming from someone whose last iPhone was an SE. It sucks that the Apple support has lapsed, but otherwise it did not feel at all like it was a used device. I’m really enjoying the features if I can get a live wallpaper working then that will seal the deal.
