Purchased this refurbished iPhone 15 Pro in Blue Titanium and couldn't be happier. The device arrived in flawless condition, unlocked easily, and performs like brand new. Outstanding value for the quality. I went from an Android to Iphone and I really love it! I was very impressed with the excellent condition my iphone 15 pro was in, so clean and not a scratch or scuff.

I ordered this phone advertised as “excellent” condition. The screen has been replaced and not calibrated appropriately and the battery was severely degraded. I reached out to support for a repair or exchange. I was told I could return it for a refund and reorder. End of support. I love Best Buy and the marketplace they provide, but this seller is absolute garbage.

Much more experience with the store, I believed that because it is a large and recognized company you would have quality standards in their products, but when I received the product I was surprised that scratches were coming and that the phone battery was not from a new phone but from an already used and returned in non-optimal conditions to sell, when he went to the store returned best buy to ask about it they told me that they were not responsible despite the fact that I found the product on the store page and there was no specification of the Conditions of both phones, which beyond helping complicated me even when I tried to make a claim. My experience with the store was terrible
