This purchase was easy and the product is very good as advertised

It was in ver good condition and it seemed like it would have worked great. However it was just not up to date for what I needed!

Up to par with later products. Will cont to work w my product and assess with time.

Was not made aware that this product is from 2017. Now if i knew the order of OS maybe i would have seen that but being a windows person trying to learn Macs i wasn't aware that this laptop was made in 2017 and you can not install micro soft office 365 and it is not supported. I only found this out thru geek squad and had to wait a week for a appointment and was told in a matter of minutes. Something like that should have been expressed when i had first asked question and had to make appointment. Not at all with Best Buy services. Guess I should have gone to the Apple Store instead

Everything worked perfectly with the computer I had no issues with that. My problem is that the processing system is so old that Apple doesn’t even recognize it anymore. The 2017 system can even update so it no point of buying. You can’t download anything and everything you try to download it says it needs an upset but Apple stopped any kind of updates with a 2017. I just wish they mentioned this in the description before I paid for it.
