Perfect!
I’m very pleased with how easy and quick the whole process was. I got a great deal on a practically new laptop in a matter of a few days. The laptop itself was exactly as described, works perfectly and looks brand new!

If you’re on the fence, get one.
Its a solid laptop. My last windows laptop cost twice as much and was half as effective for the use case. It’s quite heavy. Heating/cooling doesn’t seem to be an issue even under heavy strain. The only negative is that they didn’t wipe the drive completely and all of the language settings were in Portuguese. I worked my way through resetting it via Apple Translate and everything is great

Great option!
Have had a lot of luck with the refurbished/open box Apple MacBooks. This was my 3rd purchase in the past 2 years and they have been great laptops for my highschoolers. Absolutely no issues.
