I purchased this as an open-box item and was excited about the deal. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the box for the band was empty. I contacted customer service and was told I would need to return the entire item, which would mean losing the open-box pricing. I chose to keep the watch because I really like it, but it’s disappointing that it arrived incomplete. The watch itself is excellent and I would absolutely recommend it. I’m hoping Best Buy can help make this right by sending the missing band, as this seems like a quality control oversight.
