Overall an amazing product. Smooth surfaces and clean looks, perfect weight and thin look also i love the dark blue color. I can't say enough about the Apple support team. They take your call, you are never rushed. They do not hang up until they've answered all questions. Support team pleasant to work with. I highly recommend. I was transitioning from windows to macbook. I have made many calls being a new user.

Due to a sale that was going on at the time I was able to receive a discount for this product to the point it was essentially free. For that alone it has been worth it even though I have not had to make use of it so far. The options that it does provide do seem to be useful when the opportunity does arise.
