+ Pretty easy setup with quick set up. + Also a massive number of advanced setting options for anyone who wants that. + The advanced configurations were easier to navigate than the last Netgear router I had before. + Full user manual available on Asus's Support page. Overall - very happy with this purchase! I was kinda surprised that it doesn't run on battery power - The "Reset" button on the back of it does a factory reset with just one push, no hold. So have done that accidentally. Make sure to back up the configuration from the admin panel!

The ASUS RT-AX57 Go is an awesome Wi-Fi 6 travel router for people on the go. Its standout feature is the VPN client, which keeps your connection safe and private, even on public Wi-Fi in unfamiliar places like hotels. You can connect the router to the hotel’s Wi-Fi and create your own secure Wi-Fi network, letting all your devices—like phones, laptops, and tablets—connect safely through it. It offers fast wifi speeds and works as a router, mobile hotspot. It also includes AiProtection for extra security. Setup is super easy with the ASUS app, making it perfect for secure travel. Best of all, its compact size makes it a fantastic travel device, easy to pack and carry anywhere.

I purchased this travel router so I could use my web cameras (Blink cameras) on captive WiFi while traveling. It does the job well. The App that comes with the router makes initial setup easy. I was able to create a local area network that my web cameras could connect to. Then, at each location that used captive WiFi, I was able to change the connection to the outside internet without needing to reconfigure the local area network that the cameras connected to. Comes with a power cord and case. Does not seem to noticeably slow down connectivity.

Asus is always top quality, functionality and versatility of this device are incredible. Easily add a NordVPN profile, assign the switch to turn it off and on or one or one of many other functions. WISP Mode is excellent when traveling.

Travel router used as printer connection for local home printer. Speed is okay and works to separate printer from campgrounds wifi & printer

Works seamlessly when I'm on the go on hotel wifi.

Very easy to set up. Looking to upgrade my PC now to something newer and faster.

Worked great but it doesn't accept a SIM card.. only tethering with your cell phone.

perfect router to use when traveling and connecting to a hotel wifi.

Exactly as advertised. Works very well. I would recommend.
