random reboots

random reboots, had to return, seems there is a problem with this model as there are other complaints with random reboots, when it works it is fast.

We do understand your disappointment with the product and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing random reboot. Random reboot can be a driver issues or a corrupted Windows file. To resolve this, ensure Windows, drivers, applications and BIOS are up to date.
