I have had the same computer for 5 years & just recently it started to slow down. I bought this one which is supposed to be about 5 times faster/better than my old one I bought for less than $500. This is the slowest, most frustrating piece of equipment I've ever operated. I have ONE program on it - Lightroom. It is the only thing installed, the only thing I'm using it for. It takes 30+ minutes to edit ONE photo. Not responding, blue circle spinning constantly. I can't wait to return this.

Great performance, works well & the battery lasts a long time! Light weight & travels well. The surfaces look and feel very nice, but if you wear a watch, it scratches easily where you rest your wrist. I wish it didn't push AI or anti-virus offers and would allow users to easily disable/delete the option...but everything seems to have that.

This is a powerful device for moderately strenuous work processes. The OLED screen and high refresh rate make the display incredibly impressive. Overall, the battery life is satisfactory although I use it mostly docked. This laptop will heat very quickly when used for rendering or gaming, so consider a different laptop if those are your main uses. I would recommend this laptop for general use as a student or professional but feel that is may be slightly overpriced for the performance.

The laptop I purchased on Oct. 20 has performed functions very well up to present moment. The Microsoft Bopomofo keyboard through Windows settings gave me a hard time to use it. The shipment of my order for laptop mentioned above was prompted. The service provided by your employee, Leslie, on Oct.20 was good.
