Hi! Assuming your garage door make and model is compatible, this should not be opening and closing without your actions in the app. Please note the camera function's intention is to determine the open/close status of the door.
Please reach out to our technical support team at support@atomismart.com so we can assist ASAP!

On their website it says this product supports my garage motor, but it actually doesn't. I've connected their customer service and they say it's my problem that my garage motor has a more advanced method of controlling.
