About this product
AWOL VISION Fixed Frame Matte Gray Screen delivers deeper blacks, enhanced contrast, and richer colors for a more immersive home theater experience. The 0.7-gain PVC surface improves dark scene details while maintaining vibrant 4K/8K image quality with a wide 170° viewing angle. The aluminum frame with multi-point tensioning system ensures a perfectly flat, wrinkle-free surface for sharp images from edge to edge. Featuring a slim 1-inch bezel and a durable fixed-frame design, it is ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, and dedicated home cinemas with UST or long-throw projectors.
Features
DEEPER BLACKS AND CLEARER SHADOW DETAILS
The matte gray surface helps lower black levels and reduce the washed-out appearance often seen on white screens. Dark scenes reveal clearer shadows, outlines and textures for a more immersive cinematic experience.
IMPROVED CONTRAST IN AMBIENT LIGHT
The gray surface absorbs part of the stray light from windows, walls and ceiling lights, helping reduce image washout. Enjoy better perceived contrast in living rooms with curtains drawn or soft lighting without requiring complete darkness.
RICH COLORS
The 0.7-gain PVC surface enhances perceived color saturation and smooth dark-scene transitions while supporting detailed 4K and up to 8K images. The 170° viewing angle provides consistent color and clarity across a wide seating area.
PERFECTLY FLAT, SHARPLY FOCUSED IMAGE
The aluminum frame and multi-point spring tensioning system apply even tension around the screen, helping prevent wrinkles, waves and curled edges. Images remain flat and sharp from the center to every corner.
READY TO WATCH, BUILT TO LAST
The fixed frame has no motor, remote control, circuitry or moving parts. Once assembled and wall-mounted, it is always ready for projection without waiting or motor noise. The slim 1 in/2.5 cm aluminum bezel blends elegantly into home cinemas, living rooms and bedrooms.
