GTPlayer - Racing Simulator Cockpit with Seat and Bluetooth Speakers - Winered

I’ve been wanting to get into sim racing for a while, and this cockpit finally gave me the push to start. Setup was straightforward, and once everything was assembled, it really felt like a proper driving station. The seat is comfortable for long sessions, and the frame feels solid once the wheel and pedals are mounted. The built-in Bluetooth speakers were a fun extra that makes it feel more immersive when I don’t use headphones. I have my PC hooked up to the TV and set this up in the corner of my living room just because I felt like turning that spot into my driving station. It actually fits in pretty well, and the wheels make it easy to move around if I need to rearrange things. Pairing it with a big screen has made racing games a whole new experience, and it’s been an exciting way to start a new hobby.

Many reasons this seat earns 5 stars from me the biggest one is price, can’t beat Best Buy on sale price awesome 1st sim rig setup and very affordable for what it is I couldn’t be happier with this purchase shes clean sturdy and well built with cool features like the tilt-able wheel mount and adjustable seat positions are definitely a plus I have the Moza r12 mounted and haven’t had any issues so far After long endurance races lasting 4 plus hours I didn’t feel any more uncomfortable or sore than if I took a 4 hour drive in my truck so I can’t say anything bad about the comfort of the chair as well If your on the fence about getting a sim racing rig and don’t know where to start I would suggest this rig you will not regret it And thanks Best Buy for fast free shipping and special financing so I could get everything at once -

When unboxing it had all the hardware which was good. However where you thread the wheels on the base under the seat, it was rusted out. I put the wheel on anyways and within 30 minutes of me rolling it, it folded in on itself where it was rusted. I only weight 185 lbs. Been in communication with the GT Player customer support but the claim has been open for roughly two weeks now. At this point I just want a full return

The price is too good to offer any reliable build quality. Although the tubes look sturdy, you will very much notice the wheel base still moves if you use a force feedback wheel. My entryly level thrustmaster t598 force feedback is only 5nm, and the wheel moves up and down in your hands due to thin steel tube frames. The pre drillled holes for the encluded locking casters were off center making one corner wheel to lock every time you move it. So moving it is pretty easy if you don't mind it NASCAR turning with the 1 caster locked and scraping. For the price it would be usabale for your low low cost whell base. I tried to make it work but replaced it after 4 months. FYI there is no monitor mount available, so unless you're "rolling it up" infront of your big TV you'll be buying a free standing monitor mount/stand that will cost as much as this cockpit set. If you aren't on a pc and use xbox or Playstation for some casual fun driving, it willl do the trick outside of the issues already mentioned.

This chair is actually pretty good for the price, it is easy to put together and the steering wheel and shifter was easy to install aswell
