I have a Toyota Solara and I purchased a receiver and wanted to continue using the controls of my steering wheel. This was the solution, the installation seems to be hard but with some time it’s easy. All the cables have colors and in the instructions they are written so you do not miss their order. Overall It makes the installation much easier, it does not take much space behind the radio either and the programming is automatically.

I was told by the Lexus dealer that no replacement radios were available for my vehicle. However, Best Buy was able to find a suitable replacement that has all the features anyone would want in a car Bluetooth stereo. This access interface enabled the new radio to integrate completely with my advance 9-speaker audio system. Please be advised that on this vehicle replacing the original stereo will disable to built-in navigation. However, the radio I purchased allows me to use my iPhone for navigation.

Item was needed for my wife's car audio installation. Works great.

These wires. THESE WIRES!! Thryre great! They easily plug in. No messing with wire nuts or tape. Just plug them in to my car wiring then to my new car stereo . . . and now, the music! THE MUSIC! . . . coming out of my new stereo is fantastic! Where would I be without the wires. Where? in a quiet boring car. Humming to myself or singing songs that I don't know the words to.

Was just what I needed to hook up my new stereo. Works still to this day!

I had an after market audio system installed by the Geek squad. The wiring harness allows my after market system to connect without cutting any of the wires.

This took care of what I needed in order to install the radio and run the sound through my speakers.

Took my husband (a diesel mechanic) about 2 hours to install the adapter, after market stereo and wiring for steering wheel controls. It was a long process and definitely took knowledge of the subject. However, once it was done it worked perfectly and just as advertised. We are very happy with the way the stereo works and it was half the amount of having it professionally done. IF you have the electrical knowledge to do it safely, I highly recommend this option.

Needed to install the sound system I bought so it’s really a big extra charge. But they can’t/won’t install it without it. And I couldn’t install it no matter what so…. They do a great job of installing systems though.

I was able to regain some of the factory functions like volume control on the steering wheel and channel selection.

This cable was required to swap out my old car stereo with a new one that I bought through best buy. I've had no issues with the stereo since it was installed almost one year ago, so it seems to work as advertised.

You will need to buy this harness if you have JBL system with amplifier in your Toyota. It really 'wakes up' amplifier. Using this with new Kenwood receiver I purchased, it completely transformed sound system in my car. Now it sounds way better and I am enjoying my daily commute.

This was not part of an original purchase. Asked the installation guy what I needed and he did not include this in the items i got. Glad my install guy told me this was needed before he started I happened to get the last one at Best buy...part works and so does my radio...success!

We decided on an off market approach to upgrading our car radio system. It works great and now we can use Bluetooth instead if wires to play music from our smartphone in the car. We move it and Best Buy representatives and installation crew were very helpful in suggesting the right parts.
