AJ, installer, was very professional. He called to confirm the appointment then he called again because there was a cancelation. Installation took about 50 minutes. He then explained how the remote starter works. He even tucked a power cable for a dash cam that I didn't purchase from Best Buy!

I purchased my unit on a Monday the first available time for install was the following Friday. They did not have the accessory harness, which is included in the purchase for your specific vehicle in store and could not get it shipped to the store in time so it was shipped to my home, I recieved it in plenty of time. The actual install was a snap, less than an hour. I just hung around the store while it was being done. It works as described, I love having a warm car on a cold day and next summer it will be a cool one.

These guys are great. They got me in for a remote start install on time and the instructions on the email that you get to confirm and prepare for the appointment says up to 3 hours these guys had it done in less than an hour. I've had no problems with the install. Definitely would recommend them for installing pretty much anything.

Carlos installed a remote start in 2021 Mazda 6. Everything is tucked away and the antenna is neatly placed and unobtrusive near the rear view mirror. He set extra functions so the rear defogger or ventilated seats turn on depending on the temperature. And even though it has simple controls, he made sure I didnt leave until he saw I could operate every option. A great car tech!
