Item was shipped in original box no outer protection, mind you this is a breakable item. Fed X was used for shipping and they delivered the box with damage and ripped packaging to my door, no consideration for the damage seen. I returned it as it was but the return label had UPS and the actual code was a Fed X. The whole experience was terrible and of course I suffer. It was a gift, but that’s beside the point. I will never order online from Best Buy again. No one would take any responsibility. Maybe I’ll purchase in store but maybe not. They won’t care. Maybe someone else’s experience will be better. I hope so. Just the honest truth.

Bella heats up quickly and cooks evenly. I’ve made soups, stews, shredded chicken, and even oatmeal, and everything turns out perfectly tender. The “Low” and “High” settings are reliable, and the programmable timer is a game-changer — I can set it for 4, 6, 8, or 10 hours, and it automatically switches to Warm mode when done. No more overcooked meals if I’m running late.

I am impressed. I love small appliances. This crockpot cooks well. You know some crockpots are dangerous. You do not leave them. I was so impressed with this crockpot that I bought a second one in another color and the matching electric skillet. Who wouldn't want to take this pretty girl to a wedding shower, get-together, or anywhere?

This is my first Crock-Pot and I don't know how I survived in the kitchen all these years without it. Very easy to you and I have made many, many dinners so far and they've all turned out perfect. And I'm so grateful it is easy to clean.

Fit and finish is great. Really like the color and the solid feel. Functions perfectly; this was a great deal! The name brand c-pots are more expensive and don't look as nice.

Positive vibes for this slow cooker it's the best thing I ever got from the store especially this brand new name same ok with my toaster and other ones I absolutely highly recommend it to you
