It has been a fun adventure to experiment with this air fryer. One of the best uses has been for roasted brussels sprouts, see photo. Simply chop in half, toss with a little oil, lightly salt, throw in the basket (after using the "P" preheat function), and then touch the "Fish" setting button. Half way through, pull out the basket and 'scoop' it in the air to toss around the contents, and return it to the unit to continue cooking. (The fan and timer stop when you pull out the basket to check the food.) When it beeps complete (10 mins, I think), you have deliciously roasted veggies that make any meal fancy. Washing the basket and the rack is easy, nonstick surface works well. I have not gotten the hang of the different preset buttons, so I often just 'start' it and then keep checking. Some of the preset settings use a lower temp, which is better for some foods. Only thing that did not work well was cheese-filled breadsticks cooked from frozen. The middle was still cold when the outside was getting too crispy. Foods are tending to work better when thawed at least a little, but frozen fries and smaller items still come out crispy and hot in the middle. We reheated some thin crust (take-out) pizza, and the crust was better reheated than when it was fresh from the box. There are tons of air fryer recipes and tips online, I'd suggest using them. I have not regretted this purchase at all, it's great for re-crisping and reheating. And I would not want anything less than this 8qt basket size, otherwise it would be way too small. Consider that when choosing a model. 8qt sounds like a lot, but if reheating pizza for example, food sits on the rack in the bottom of the basket and this one can accommodate 2-3 pieces of take out (PapaJohn's-type) pizza at a time. One 4-minute cycle of the "P" preheat button heats and crisps slices of pizza perfectly. If the pizza is particularly cold, it might take part of a second preheat cycle, but watch it closely to avoid burning the cheese or toppings such as pepperoni. Great to reheat/re-crisp things like biscuits, when microwaving them is a dud. Be aware that it does take a fair amount of counter space, and you need it clear in front of the basket to pull it in and out, but I think it's worth it. This is a higher priced unit, but it was on a great sale here. My mom had a smaller one (3 qt, perhaps?), and it was so tiny it wasn't worth the effort to cook such a small amount for 2 adults. She found the Paula Dean air fryer book to be useful.

This air fryer works great and the price was definitely a plus! I do so much with it. I even reheat food that just would not be as good if I were to heat up in the microwave. I warm food up on the lowest setting so it doesn't overcook. It is very easy to clean and maintain. I will say it is pretty big, so it takes up a good amount of counter space but it is not in the way by any means. Overall I am really happy with my purchase.

Yes, it is quite huge, but... So is my ove to heat up!! As a single person, this is so much more practical to prepate meals. Made butternut squash with dried apricots, cranberries and pepitas... Then made ribeye steaks with mushrooms...all in the same basket! Didn't have to turn the oven on, or the grill, or clean up multiple pans. And the best thing I didn't heat up my whole kitchen. Saves on so much clean-up! And everything turned out perfectl, the steak was very juicy and just as good as on the grill without going in and out of the house. Love it so far, but need a new cookbook!

The Bello Pro is amazing. Easy to cook and clean. Doesn’t make any loud noise at all while cooking. Food comes out delicious and takes very minimal time. I would most definitely recommend this product. It can fit up to 4 big pork chops inside for an example and 4-5 juicy burgers just to get an idea of size. Touchscreen and comes with 9 presets.

So now that I figured out to preheat it it’s amazing. I’ve used it a bunch of times and love it. Tried it the first time tonight preheating and what a difference I was wondering why before it was taking so much longer. I wanted the ninja but didn’t have the money I’ve bought about 4 different air fryers from just the basic models (only the turn dials) and the digital ones. So the turn dials have my heart I love the simplicity of them but my son kept saying get a fancier one. Well my first air fryer (Bella pro 4.2 qt) stopped working after not even 6 months it just slowly started not heating that well then one night I was using it and second batch of my food just wouldn’t turn on. So my adventure for a new one started. I got the insignia one digital nope didn’t like the locking drawer it was too hard of a pull etc. so next I got a turn dial one while it was nice I didn’t like the size. The more we’ve used them the more we’ve realized that when making a meal for just yourself even the most basic meals you need 2-3 runs of food. Let alone making something for a family. So I saw this on a great deal and to my surprise I’m in love. Despite the fact it’s digital it’s super easy to use. The settings I’m still working out and figuring out but it’s great. As long as you preheat it (assuming because it’s so big) but that’s what I love about yeah it takes up a little space but I’d rather it take up more space then making 50 wings and running it 5-8 times.

i have used this air fryer a couple times now, and love it! its a lot better and more “advanced” than the one i’ve had before from Sam’s Club, and holds a good amount of food in the basket! pretty simple to clean, and i love that there’s so many features/buttons! only spent about $50 on it since it was on sale, and i’d say it was worth the purchase! it does kind of give off a plastic-y smell while it’s being used, but i assume that’ll wear off eventually.

I have a 2 qt Bella ProSeries air fryer and it just wasn’t larger enough. The 8 qt is large enough to cook just about anything. Everything I have cooked so far has tasted great. The meat has been tender and moist. I am able to cook much faster, which saves time and electricity. It is very easy to clean. I wished I had this 40 years ago.

Love this air fryer! Cooks evenly and fast. Has lots of preset cooking options including a preheat. Large capacity. And you can change the time to add or subtract time while cooking. Super easy to clean, though I hand wash my basket and have not put it in the dishwasher.

It works great, plenty big enough to cook nuggets for 5 kids. Makes chicken and fish amazingly. Home made french fries. It makes it all amazingly well and so simple! Meal prep? No problem. Overall very happy with this air fryer. I have 2, one at the house and one at the apartment out of state for work.

Wow! This thing is huge! We made 4 thick pork chops for our 1st use. It took about 20 minutes total. They came out juicy and delicious. Inside the bin is a removable metal tray with rubber nubs to help keep it securely in place. The display is nice, it’s digital and large to read. The only downfall is that the power cord is short and we use it outside so we need to use an extension cord. I don’t like the “fried” smell inside the house. You can probably put a small chicken inside. We got this on the deal of the day.

This air fryer is very reasonably priced. It’s sleek and not too large even though you can fit a lot of food in it. It fits under my cabinets so it’s not taking up valuable counter space. There are different programs to keep from having to guess how long and at temperature to use. It heats up very quickly. So far it’s been great.

I am new to the air fryer world but fell in love with it instantly. I got an amazing deal for the 8 qt size so I took advantage of it. It is a bigger size than i realized but it helps with the family size of four. I rarely use my oven now which i can only image how much money I'm saving. Reheating food in the air fryer is so much better for leftovers. Best way to cook bacon! Wish the temp would go up to 425⁰ to fit some required recipe temps but the small compact size does cook food faster. I recommend you definitely set timer to half the time to make sure you shake food and not over cook it. Some of the pre-settings are too high. If you find air fryer recipes I would go with that particular recipe's temp & time instead of pre-setting on machine. Definitely recommend!

Easy to use, we only had it a few days but already made hot wings and riblets, baked potato wedges and egg rolls. We have the 8qrt and is a little big but the Bella Pro is very nice looking with Stainless and black. We are happy with this purchase.

I honestly will never go out and buy wings from a restaurant ever again after using my Air Fryer. This thing is amazing. Looks very nice in the kitchen aswell and very easy to clean. I highly recommend this air fryer to anyone especially if it's your very first. You can't go wrong. I've also done chicken breast, fries and it doesn't dry them out either. It's perfect.

Cooks everything perfectly. Has easy settings and automatically starts without me having to press anything once I set my preferred time and temp. Simple to clean! The hmm and beeps are louder than my last air frier but honestly it’s still a worth while improvement!

I love the value for the capacity that you get. I hate that there is still a burn plastic smell after almost 2 months of using it. Overall an okay buy for the price I paid since it was a deal of the day sale. I love the size. Hope the smell goes away eventually. Hope it’s not harmful.

I've bake a banana bread, a cake (which comes out very soft and spongy) I've made dinner rolls, and a pizza and bake lemon pepper chicken wings, salute vegetables, roasted chickpeas. I've made all these things in the short about of time that i've had it and I am still learning and it saves on time and mess. This Bella Pro Series 8-qt is massive, i can cook a chicken in this thing if i wanted to, its awesome. My only concern it's the sound, that beeping sound, and when you press the buttons Yikes. I wish there was a way to turn it down! Now if i lived in house i wouldn't mind it because it appears to be design for a house, so if your in another room, it calls out to you, lol. But in a apartment that sound is super super loud, I wish there was an app that would send me a notification that it's almost about to be done or when it finish, now that will be idea. P.S (lol) Banana Bread/Cake bake it at 325 for 40 minutes work wonder for me, i cook it at lower temp because i didn't want the top to burn and cover it foil if your worried about the top browning too fast.
