OK, I get up at 5:30 in the morning pretty much every day in summer time, while my husband loves to stay in bed until 8 or so. He has hard time falling back to sleep after my alarm goes off, so he looked for something that would wake me up but not him. This clock came with a wristband that holds this vibrating gizmo that pleasantly wake me up, but not him. Problem solved! One thing I don't like about this is that all the buttons except the middle one beeps when you push them. I wish there was a way to just turn off all feedback beeps. So if I want to adjust the alarm clock time or whatever while my husband is asleep next to me, I don't have to leave the room to do so. I charged the battery for the vibrating gizmo like a month ago, and I still haven't had to re-charge it. I do turn it off every morning, and turn it on before I go to bed to conserve battery though.

The vibrating wristband is the main reason we bought this thing. I get up early and my husband sleeps in everyday. The rechargeable battery lasts in the wristband unit lasts a long time too. It lasted about 2 months. Only thing I don't like about it is that the clock beeps on a button press.
