I had a rug doctor that I purchased in 2018 that worked incredibly well. It was a little bulkier but had a handle that popped up and wheels, it had the best suction. My son let someone borrow it and it came back not working. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs, 2 dogs that track in tons of dirt from the yard so we can't go without a carpet cleaner. I first took the rug doctor apart and tried to find the issue, it just lost most of the suction, but I could not find the issue. I then tried to find the same unit but they stopped making them. So I went looking at reviews and comparison videos and ended up with a version almost identical to this except it was not the petpro (specs were the same), the petpro was the only one BB had in stock and I did not want to wait for shipping so I went with it. It is super simple to use. Fill tank with hot water to the line then add 2 ounces or cleaning solution. I used what they included plus the Bissel oxy clean that was on sale, both worked great. I purchased a rug a few months ago and my sons GS has had a few accidents in one spot. We tried cleaning it but could not get the smell out, this little machine did the trick. I went over the rug only once becuase I was short for time and the smell is gone. It extracts allot of water, an impressive amount. My rugs were dry quickly. I have posted photos to show how clean it looked when done. I would suggest in order to lengthen the life length of this machine when done cleaning run a full tank of clean water through the hose to get any debris that could dry and clog it, this is what I believe happened with my previous rug doctor. I always did this but my daughter used it allot and I do not believe she did. The smallest tool worked best for my rugs, the larger tool is for thicker carpets. They also have a crevice tool, can't wait to clean my car with that and get the hard to reach areas. Pros: -easy to fill and empty -easy to clean -suction is great -crevice tool that has a spray function (I have never seen this on a portable) -long cord -is not as loud as my previous cleaner -much less money overall than renting or hiring -small enough to easily store Cons: - the hose could be longer

I have to say, this little guy is impressive. Our dog got sick on our carpet, and it was an orange color. First picture is what was still there after an hour of scrubbing with Resolve. Figured it wouldn’t hurt to try this machine, and I’m sure glad we did. Second picture is the carpet after a good cleaning with the Bissell. Can’t even see where it was. Hard to show with the lighting in the photo. Great suction, really picks up a lot of water with each pass. Cleaning tools are great, and the water tanks hold plenty of liquid. Small, and lightweight with great features. Should be in any pet owners home, but great for drink spills, tracked in mud, etc.

So far so good. Used on my cream area rug and cloth dining room chairs and got every stain out! If I noticed a spot after first time over, I rewet, scrubbed a bit with attachment and would go over again and my chairs look brand new. Cant wait to use on my truck seats! Definitely can just maintain with spot treatments and spills/stains arise! Couldn’t be Easier to put together and use. Pic below is from my area rug! Never would have thought!!

It's so easy to use, I was able to figure out this machine without reading the instructions first. I've used it on several types of stains like pet urine, feces, vomit, spilled drinks; and it handled all of them like a champ. I haven't used it on any furniture yet, but I'm sure it will be great. I added some caster wheels to the bottom to help move it around a little easier. It's not bad to carry, but I suffer from carpal tunnel, so adding some wheels helps me a lot. I own the Big Green Carpet Machine and that thing is really great for doing the whole house. I purchased this Pet Pro for all the smaller jobs I need to address because of all the rescue animals we have. I highly recommend this Little Green Pet Pro for all your smaller cleaning jobs in home and for vehicles. Glad I purchased!

This little guy exceeded my expectations. It outperformed my Rainbow carpet cleaning attachment. It’s convenient to use for small spills and accidents. I did use it to clean my entire area rug which was a little tedious but totally worth the effort.

Good product. Washed my office sofa with it just cuz it was getting a little old and the water that i sucked out after using this was dark. That lets me know its doing a good job cleaning the fabric and getting that grime out. Only draw back is the 8oz 3x strength cleaner that comes with this item says its for up right vacuums and not these little hand held one so not sure why it ships with it in the box. Contradictory if u ask me. I also cleaned my car seats.

Really amazing!!! Best purchase ive ever made!! Only thing is i might have to buy a full size one for my large carpets! This one is great to clean my car and small spots! Or couch!

Little guy works rather well. It is certainly a good value for the product. I would purchase again. Very satsifying to see the dirty water, similar to the satisfying feeling that comes with power washing. The only reason I am giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because I know there are better shampooers out there but this one is great for the size and cost.

Bissell Little Green Pro is a lifesaver ! It is very easy to use and cleans up the toughest stains! It is a fantastic little machine. It is well worth the cost. It cleans up my my most difficult stains from my cat and dogs. My professional carpet cleaning g person told me he used it at home himself and recommended it to me.

Bought this after my hoover cleaner upholstery hose broke. Needed to clean the seats in my truck. First, I want to say I only gave it 4 stars because the little sprayer on the cleaner tool kept leaking after I sprayed the liquid on the seats. It also sprayed at a very wide angle, which kinda made a mess. Also, the hose is kinda short, so i had to also put the unit inside my truck. Second, this little unit did exactly what i needed it for and did an awesome job. The suction was also great. I read the reviews before I bought, which made me use some precautions when using it. I didn't want the hose or the black tube connected to the tool to break. It seems like if you put too much pressure on the handle, it will pop in half. Because of that, I used it by holding onto the tool itself (a workout). I am attaching pictures because overall, it did an excellent job. I would recommend it but will say to use caution when using it. The only thing I didn't like was that the solution holder is plastic. Also, you do t get to choose which attachments you get, they choose. I would have loved to have had the 6" attachment tool, but instead, I got a pet spot cleaner and a 3". I will purchase a 6". For the $144 that I paid, I hope it lasts me for some years.

This little thing works so well, it's kinda tiring if you have to clean a slightly bigger spot or a mess from a larger pet but it really gets the job done. Highly recommend, I have an aging black lab who occasionally has accidents and this has saved my carpet.

This little guy is awesome! Cleans up like magic.. I used strictly HOT water on my Laz-e-boy sectionals and they came out spotless. Way better than the pro’s I hired on the past.

If I could give 10 stars I would for this little machine!! It cleaned my 2006 Jeep seats to almost new condition!! Best $$ ever spent! The picture is from just 1 seat cleaned!!

No doubt this Bissell is the best spot cleaner on the market. It picked up all the mess and more on the carpet!

Great to clean small spaces and definitely for pet mistakes. Only thing is that o have to figure out an easier way to empty the dirty water. I love it
