Upon unboxing, all stated accessories were included as described (case, screen protector, etc). It was certainly nice to see a screen protector and a case. Upon the first boot, the phone was extremely taxed (lagging) to the point that simply typing was a problem (keyboard would take several seconds to respond or even show). Once connected to the internet, the phone completed the necessary updates which took about 15 - 20 minutes. During that time, the experience was extremely poor. Once all of that was done, the experience with the phone improved much. Still, it is no speed monster and you will certainly notice lag as you navigate / load apps. Later on the day, the phone also completed an OTA update which was forced (no option was given and what I was doing at the time was abruptly interrupted). The update took at least 5 minutes to install. Placed a RedPocket card (under the AT&T network) on the phone and it was quickly recognized and configured. Installed a few apps and they ran fine although these apps were not large or demanding apps due to me knowing that the phone only has 512MB of ram which generally about 75% is used by the OS and running services / apps. The phone does support the ability to share your data via the hotspot function. The hotspot works but once can tell this is a budget phone based on the speeds I was able to capture on this phone vs the phone the card was originally placed. As far as network connectivity, the phone connects to the 4G network (non LTE). This was expected based on the information available. As far as looks and screen, it is a basic phone with a basic screen, so viewing angles are certainly going to show that. As for the rest, the phone works and does what it needs to do for a basic Android phone. Overall, I would recommend this phone to a friend or someone provided the following conditions are met: * Priced low * The individual has very basic needs (run one app at a time and one which does not consume a large amount of RAM) OR * Someone whom just needs a phone for a short period of time. For anyone else, just pay a little more and get something better. In my case, I will probably keep this phone for about a month as a transitional phone.

This was a gift so i can't say much about it, just that it's not the fastest phone nor the one with a super quality screen, if you are looking for a cheap phone that does the basics and a bit more this is the one

Wanted a 4 in screen smartphone. Choice extremely limited. Bought the BluC4. Works OK. Fair camera. Many apps will not download. But it works fine for text and calls.

I have purchased several different models of the Blu phones and have been very impressed especially for the price but this particular model is very slow and does not function properly. I tried to put another sim card in thinking it was the network but it still took 5 min to type a text message or hook to the internet. I dont recommend this model of blu phone but the rest are great

Phone is good for talking/texting, but if you're into speed and a lot of apps, this might seem a little slow. But if you need a good basic phone that does allow internet use and the use of a few apps and you don't want to pay an arm and a leg, then this is a good fit.

Inexpensive but very slow, great backup phone for emergency time.

I bought this as a cheap phone to use when I travel. Arrive at destination, buy a chip and some minutes. But it turned out to be so easy and fun to use, even without a domestic service, that I'm gonna switch from my iphone to an android for use in the states.

This is a very small phone it would not be my first choice for a full-time use phone. I purchased it as a backup phone for when my galaxy note was out of electricity. It works fine but reading on it is difficult as the text is very small. It hooked up to my network with no issues. The camera is much better than cameras were 10 years ago but not up to the megapixel strength of most cameras nowadays. There is a manual with it but as far as I’m concerned the manual is not as complete as it should be. Therefore I’d say if you need an inexpensive phone to use for text and phone calls it’s great. It has two cameras and it has Internet access for 50 bucks it’s a great deal

I bought this phone as a present for my mother. It stopped working after only 2 days. The built quality is horrible and the camera isn’t much better. The old saying ‘you get what you pay for’ definitely applies here. Let me just add that BB wanted me to pay a restocking fee, to return the phone, which was almost the price of what I paid for it.......OUTRAGEOUS! This phone would be great for a child not an adult.

More functional than a dumb phone in a surprisingly small form factor. Useful as a backup phone!

Bought this for my husband to bring to Cuba for his aunt. Unfortunately in Cuba a 3g will not connect to the internet and she can’t access that feature of the phone.
