Review of BlueParrot Pro B450 At first impression out of package, it is bulky but less than those stereo version from different brand for obvious reason. Being a single sided headphone, it is bulky. Then, the quick impression from wearing it for long hours, feels comfortable, but after about 3 hours feels some fatigue. Now, connecting to the mobile phone is straight forward like all other bluetooth paring process. Did’t experience any issues paring at least with iPhone. The big buttons are quite comfortable to locate them while waring it to decrease, increase, or mute. I think this is big benefit if compared to other models. Regarding the sound and mic, from two calls of 2 hours at least, the other side didn’t notice at all any background noise or asking for repetition. Ant this mostly benefit from the large boom and how it can be adjusted. One cool thing is as moving the boom arm to little about the eye level, it can be muted automatically without need of pressing a button. On its battery life, started the test with 58%. Had two calls of more than two hours, and left it with power on and connected to the phone. Then the battery was totally consumed after 2 days and half. And its grade of degradation were: first day with 58% after two hour of call 50%; 1 day later 38%; two days later 5%. On its App, it a control the sound modes OFF, HearThrough,and ANC. Also it set the Voice Controlled. And selection of preferred Third Party App which list default name of integration App. A note on noise cancelling, with this mode, it can feel the difference. With it on, it feels almost like sealing effect. But being a single side, in very loud condition of external sound, might decrease its total noice cancelling effect. In overall, I don’t think I would use 45 hours continuously in a call as it does feel heavy after like 3 hours, But it is made durable design, feels comfortable for the duration, and most importantly, good mic and call experience with reasonably good usability. As minor detail on positive side, as the boom arm can be moved toward back or forward, based on it, the headphone can place on right or left. But, I find a bit odd that the boom arm is inward that when try move upward get a bit uncomfortable as moving all the way.

It is charged using the USB-C connector and cable (included) and a USB-C power adapter (not included; no big deal, though, as you probably already have plenty of them). 5 stars, highly recommended. What might make the BlueParrot Pro B450 headset a great choice for you: [ Easy setup ] Pair the headset first with your iPhone via its Bluetooth natively, and then load the BlueParrott app to customize it to your needs and check if the headset's firmware is up-to-date. I recommend downloading the user manual from BlueParrott's website to get to know your headset better and understand how to use it. The headset works great with my Windows 11 desktop, too, as a Bluetooth device, discovered as Pro B450, and I have used it fine with Zoom web conferencing (headset microphone and headset speaker). [ Call Quality & Clarity ] Noise-Canceling Microphones (two of them) - works like a charm; blocks out noise around you; the voice fidelity is excellent. [ Connectivity & Freedom] Multi-Device Pairing (I paired it with my iPhone 14 and my Windows 11 desktop; reliable wireless range (up to 300ft) using Bluetooth technology; all-day battery life (up to 45 hours talk time). Whatever your needs are for a headset like this, there can be no doubt from my testing that the voice isolation and ambient noise cancellation work! After I first unboxed this, I immediately (and intuitively) turned it on, paired it with my iPhone via Bluetooth, and then went straight to making a phone call while walking past very loud speakers blasting music. I was utterly impressed when I asked the person I called if they were noticing any background noise at all, and they said no! Furthermore, despite the loud music, I could still hear them really well through the headphones! I am confident that this headset would suit anyone working in and around loud environmental noise settings like machine shops, concerts, big rigs, etc., and I am certain that even my AirPods Pro 2’s do not compare to how good the microphone isolation is! One of the other positives of the headset I noticed was how comfortable it felt on my head, wearing it for a very long stretch of time. It is so lightweight that there were times were I most definitely forgot it was on my head at all! I additionally liked how easy it was to mute the mic just by flipping it up and out of the way. I am a very tactile guy and I like features like this that really make it certain you will be muted when needed rather than having to rely on some fiddly, small buttons with uncertain outcomes. Overall, if you are in the market for a headset like this, I think the BlueParrot Pro B450 is definitely one you should consider! The ability to have constant ear monitoring with one uncovered ear while having the ability to go ANC or ambient on your headphone is honestly such excellent customizability that I wouldn’t give it a second thought. Ive been using blue parrot products for 15 years. This by far is the best headset as a truck driver i have ever had. You can mute calls just by putting the mic in the up position. It automatically reconnects when you walk to far and get back closer. It connects via bluetooth faster than ever. The call quality is the best as well the noise canceling works better than all previous models. This one is lighter and more comfortable than any of the previous models. This is the best blue parrot they have ever made hands down.

I have a number of BlueParrott headsets and have used them pretty consistently over the years.  So far, the new Pro B450 is likely my favorite BlueParrott headset so far. I primarily work from a home office, but I'm also constantly moving around the house throughout the day. That said the wireless range is important to me, and the B450 has been excellent.  It advertises up to 300 feet of range, and while I haven't tested anywhere near that distance, I've had no issues maintaining a solid connection throughout my house. One feature I really like is the raise-to-mute microphone boom. It feels natural and works as expected. My only complaint is that I wish there was a visual mute indicator.  I’ve had headsets in the past that offer a light indicator when the mic is muted, and I’ve always found it helpful.  Also, because the active noise cancellation works so well, there are times when it's difficult to tell whether the microphone is muted without checking. The AI noise cancellation is really the feature I’m most interested in with this headset. My kid just got out for summer, and since I work from home, it can make phone calls really difficult.  I’m also a really loud typer, which seems to be blocked out pretty well by the noise canceling. The headset does a very good job isolating my voice while minimizing everything else. The BlueParrott app is straightforward and easy to use. Setup was simple, and I like having the ability to customize the multifunction button, although I've always found BlueParrott's multifunction button system a little confusing across all of their headsets. I have another model with this button, and I’ve always struggled to tell the difference between when the headset is on, sleeping, or indicating low battery.  However, this headset seems to actually “wake up” much better than my other BlueParrott, and it holds its charge incredible well.  One thing I'd still like to see is microphone gain adjustment. In fact, after researching this, I don’t see that any Blue Parrott headset offers an adjustable mic gain. When I first set up the headset, several people mentioned my microphone volume seemed low. I even swapped phones, and still had the same issue.  I checked the firmware, did a factory reset, and things seemed to improve.  Still, I don’t understand why we are restricted from adjusting our mic volume.   Comfort has been excellent. In fact, it’s the most comfortable Blue Parrott headset that I have.  Oddly, some of my other models tried to optimize comfort by making the headband thicker and  with more padding, but the size and weight of this headset make it much more comfortable.   This headset is lightweight enough that I can wear it for hours without really noticing it.  Overall, the BlueParrott Pro B450 does exactly what you would want a professional headset should do. It is durable enough to take on the road, but maintains a professional appearance that is suitable for an office.  It has strong wireless performance, excellent noise cancellation, long battery life, and all-day comfort. Still, I’m really hung up on the lack of ability to adjust the microphone gain.  This has been a complaint of mine for years, and now with AI Noise-canceling, it seems we should have the ability to adjust the mic sensitivity in case the AI Noise-canceling doesn’t perform as expected.  Also , I'd love to see a visual mute indicator and microphone volume controls added in the future, but those are relatively minor complaints for an otherwise great headset

With my line of work I am always looking for a very comfortable headset that I would be able to wear for hours without hurting my ears. I ran across these and so glad I decided to try them out. I have been using this headset for the past week and really impressed with them. Right out of the box, it was super easy to connect to my system and start using it. There is an app you can download for additional features which I recommend to really customize the headset. The comfort level is really nice resting on my head. I would use this headset for 8 hours a day at work and never ran into any issues or discomfort. I was also impressed with the quality of the mic and how clear my voice comes across. The distance I am able to walk away from my station was very impressive! I was able to walk to the breakroom and back with is the next room over without any disruptions. I also found the battery life super impressive without having to worry myself running out of power in the middle of a conversation. Overall I highly recommend this headset for anyone who needs comfort working on nothing but calls all day.

Blue parrot has always been my go to for any type of work headset. Because my job allows me to choose, which has said I want to use while sitting at a desk for eight hours. I enjoy the simplicity of this headset. Straight out of the box, I made sure to charge the set. Because I don’t take phone calls all day I’m able to get a full charge overnight and quickly unplugged and start using the full day of work. It’s very rare that I would have to do a midday charge. I think I have a medium size head and it fits fine even with my puffy curly hair. The only thing I struggle with is the one ear open as my workstation can get a little noisy. But the complete clear sound of the ear that’s covered helps me stay involved in the conversation online. It’s a simple Bluetooth connection and I’ve never had any connection issues not even a dropped Call once I make that connection. As soon as I joined a call with this headset, I asked everyone how clearly can you hear me and everyone gave me a thumbs up and said they could hear me very well.

Great headset for a truck driver for my husband , was an upgrade from his old one from six years ago. Last a long time . You can hear no road noise. Buy it you won’t regret it.

My husband loves his BlueParrott headset! The sound quality is excellent, and the noise cancellation is the best feature. He drives big equipment/trucks, and people can hear him clearly without all the background noise. Even with the truck running, the headset blocks out the engine and road noise. It's comfortable to wear and has been a great investment. We highly recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable headset for driving or working in noisy environments.

It works great, I tried the other model from Blue Parrot as well but this was a better deal for the price and the quality.

Bought them for my husband. They come in nice and clean and have an easy set up. He's enjoying them.

This is my second BlueParrott headset I use for work because I dont like covering both ears during meetings so I can hear background noise. This headset does have ANC, and was impressed with how well it handled my noisy work environment. People have commented on how impressed they are when they see a lot of motion in the background and very little to no background noise. My voice comes through clearly and not muffled. The headset is very comfortable to wear for extended periods especially if you are in meetings all day this is a great option. The set up was extremely easy via Bluetooth and the buttons are large enough and easy to locate and spaced apart to prevent pressing the incorrect button. The padding is pretty thick and soft and adjustable. I don’t find myself constantly adjusting it because of slipping it stays on comfortably. Not a lot of pressure on the ear or head. The on/mute is easy just lift the mouthpiece up and you’re on mute. The battery life is excellent I only charge it once a week (~40hrs) on one charge after two weeks of use. The sound quality is clear and crisp during meetings. I also like the look.

The Blue Parrott Pro B450 headset feels very well made. I’ve used Blue Parrott products before and this one does not disappoint. It is adjustable to fit nearly any head and the adjustment feels solid. Once you set it, it seems to stay adjusted to that size. The clamping effect on my head is just right. It isn’t too tight and not too loose. I can wear it for long periods of time and it doesn’t feel too tight. The boom mic seems to sit right in front of my mouth. To me it is just a bit too close to my mouth. I could raise it up a bit, but then it sits between my nose and mouth. That would be my one small complaint. I wish I could adjust it out a bit further, but the boom mic is fairly rigid. One thing I do really like about the boom mic is that you can raise it to mute the mic. That is a handy feature. When you raise it far enough, you can hear a tone to let you know the mic is muted. The over the ear speaker is covers my ear completely and sits on my head. The pads can get a bit warm after wearing it for some time, but it isn’t too bad. The pad is pretty comfortable. The Bluetooth connects pretty easily and stays connected. When talking to people, they do a good job at not picking up outside noise or if other people are talking in the background, they don’t seem to pick that up. I am not super happy with the buttons. It is hard to get used to them. They are square and flat so it is a bit challenging to figure out which button is for which function. Overall, I am very pleased with the Blue Parrott Pro B450 wireless headset and the small things that I am not super happy about are not deal breakers. I’ve tried some other cheaper brands, but they just didn’t hold up for me.

BlueParrott Pro B450 works great!. Clear and seamless experience for calls, meetings, etc. Packaging - came with an outer box for safety and protection. Inner box was very good with great details about the headset and its functions and features. App - Easy to install and adds additional functionality choose what the blue parrot button does by default. Quality - Headphones feel solid, yet light. Comfortable wearing these and like the fact they do noise cancellation really well. I like that it only covers one of my ears and the foam and plastic portions don't pinch nor feel like a cheap set. Sound - Very clear and able to adjust volume very easily. Easy to answer calls by voice, all functionality of this headset works as advertised. I have had several conference calls without any issues. NO one hearing my dog bark or anyone who tries interrupting the call while I am active in a meeting. Very vital and important. Microphone - Everyone says that my voice is clear and very consistent. Connectivity - BlueTooth - Easy to setup and easy to pair to different devices as needed. Software in the app and setup was easy and ability to set different settings was very solid. Highly recommend this headset to my friends and colleagues. Works like a champ.

Not only is this a fantastic Bluetooth headset I’ll be at a mono one ear headphone, It is really good to use with your Bluetooth enabled CB radio. I’ve used a lot of Parrot products in the past for my job and this one may be the best so far. The sound quality is very clear. The range is impressive. I can get out of my Jeep and go into the convenience store with it on my head for testing purposes of course and the range doesn’t fail - it stays connected. The range is rated at 300 feet and I’d say that’s accurate. The battery life is really impressive as well. It can last for about 45 hours. It does have a little built-in assistant that you can use your voice to control and ANC does a good job, but without another earbud on the side, it’s not really for you it’s for the party you’re talking to. It uses dual advanced microphones to block out 90% of background noises and in my testing I found that to be spot on. My callers could hear me extremely well. So you have a use case for this like a CB radio this headset does an excellent job!

BlueParrott Pro B450, I was skeptical at first about having a single ear piece only cause I’m using it for work as a call center agent, I always found the single ear piece headsets uncomfortable & not being able to hear well & clearly, I am very impressed with BlueParrott B450 Pro it is very comfortable, cushioned ear piece,lightweight & sound quality with background noise cancellation works great! Wireless Bluetooth connectivity helps with the anxiety of being tied to my desk and computer and of course one less wire to deal with, you can connect up to eight devices and two at the same time, I had a little bit of an issue getting it to connect to both my desk top and my laptop but once I got it set up it’s been great. It has button answer, reject and end calls, also mute/push to talk programable button option, battery life indicator. Battery life is up to 45 hours with 500 stand by, I didn’t test the battery life I just have a habit of plugging it in for charging nightly. Talk range I’ve been able to walk outside and it still be very clear on both ends no complaints of cutting out while talking. Make sure to download the BlueParrot App to keep your headset updated.

I was initially sceptical of these truck headsets. I have found them to typically be lacking on the features and call clarity. I was very surprised at the quality on this BlueParrott - Pro B450 Wireless Bluetooth Mono Headset. The headset fit very comfortablly on my head and the call quality was superb. The setup was a breeze to complete with the companion Blue Parrott application. It was easily found on the Play Store and walked me through step by step. I appreciate the ability to check the battery status, update firmware and change the function of the hot button on the side of the headset to meet my needs. After using the headset on phone calls, I am happy to report that I hear people very clearly and they hear me as well, without excess background noise from other vehicles, people talking around me (as in same room, not sitting next to me in the car) or other general noise. The headset is comfortable and the battery life is lasting for a few days with occasional phone calls. Of course, the more you chat, the faster it will run down. All-in-all, I am pleased with this option from BlueParrott.
