As soon as it arrived i took it out of the box turned it on and plugged in to charge and within 40 minutes it completely shut off and was a paperweight. Called bluetti that day and was no help at all. Now after videos and pictures sent to them almost 20 days later with non answered emails for days at a time im still trying to get my money back with a 30 day refund policy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
