No problems encountered with the cartridge. Simply open the front door of the printer, pull out the cartridge drawer, remove the old cartridge, agitate the new cartridge per instructions on the box, drop in the new cartridge, and start printing. I tried using the Auto Renew program, however it appears to be designed for high-volume printing versus low volume printing. New cartridges were ordered when I first activated the service but, only one cartridge was in stock so the order for the other three was canceled instead of being place on back order. Consequently, I ordered the replacements from a web site. The black cartridge was automatically ordered a day after I place an order on-line. Unfortunately, the Auto Renew didn't allow me to cancel the order. I was able to return the extra cartridge to BestBuy and canceled my Auto Renew subscription because it just doesn't work for my low volume printing needs. I may reconsider if the program is improved to allow me to schedule a date when I want to have an order placed, supports back ordering instead of canceling when a cartridge is out of stock, and allows me to cancel and order.

Great Product, had a High Yield as advertised. It is a little bit pricey but you get alot of prints for the money, which makes it a value in the long run. Quality was good. Easy to install. Have bought, and will buy again!

This is definitely the best toner to use. Have tried the cheaper toner and been disappointed twice. Yes, pricey, but well worth it in the long run.

Our club likes our Canon printer. Toners do cost a lot more, but we get the quality print that we need.

Worked perfectly, we learned our lesson of not trying aftermarket toners after they ruined our other printer. Great when they are in sale

Works as advertised, easy to install, seems to last a long time

This is a great product. So much easier and nicer than standard inkjet printers. I have had mine for almost a year and just now ordering another one. A little more expensive. But last longer.

We have ordered this many times. Although the price is very expensive, it last a really long time. We have also compare shopped around as well and this is the best deal going. We have to order all four at the same time. They tend to all go out about the same time.

Make sure you spend the extra money for the XL cartridge. You get almost three times the prints at less than twice the price of the original cartridge.

It is an OEM Canon 055H XL High Yield laser toner cartridge and works fine in the laser printer. Fast delivery. Also has enclosed instructions to recycle the old one.
