Item was defective and clearly refurbished. Told by Best Buy customer service to bring to nearest store for inspection and exchange, but store manager was rude, defiant, and refused. Wasted another 30 minutes on the phone with store reps—only to be hung up on—total waste of money and time. *Per photos, ink cartridges did not come w/ Canon factory-seal and color ink was empty while black ink was at 50%.

I like the printer but I purchased this ink because it was XL meaning more ink. Well I purchased it just over a month ago and my ink levels are indicating its low! What kind of sorcery is this? So once it's totally depleted, out goes this printer.

My printer needed new black ink, so while I was at it I got the two pack, which contains the color cartridge as well. Both of them are currently working fine and I'm glad I ordered them because there were like 3 in Kansas City. I am very happy with my purchase
