Customer Ratings & Reviews

I've always been a Canon shooter and used to have a Canon Rebel which I loved. After saving up to make the jump to a pro full frame DSLR I finally got this camera and absolutely love it! It performs great for night shots too. Attached a couple of my favorite pix I've taken with it so far.

I'm no expert, but I really like this camera. I've got to use it a couple times. Once shooting pictures down on the field at a football game, while the other was while out hiking for about 5 miles. In both situations, I found this camera to take fantastic pictures. The only drawback comes from the guy holding the camera. We all know it's expensive, but this one should last me for a long time.

If you are an advance amateur and ready to take your skills to another level, this is the camera that will deliver for you. However, even though this camera is evolutionary technology it is not without it's complexities. Be prepared to commit to knowing the camera, it will definitely be worth the time.

Canon is the best for the professional, well designed with advanced technology and generations of improvement.

This camera has literally been my dream for the longest and when I received it literally exceeded my expectations.

Love love! My pictures are so much clearer and you can tell what a difference this upgrade made!

New photographer upgraded my camera a what a great decision I made!!

Only negative is that Photoshop doesn't read RAW files

This is not a technical review, because I am just peeling back the layers of what this camera can do. I love the crispness of my images & the versatility of my new lens (f4 24-105mm). There are so many great features on this camera. The only two things that bug me are the LCD screen doesn't flip out. I loved that & used it so much on my Rebel. And the other thing, the weight of this monster with my zoom lens. I can live with both, though. Truthfully, I find the 5DMIV to be a dreamy machine. I haven't yet plunged into the video capabilities, but I can't wait! Great product so far!

I had planned on buying a full-frame digital SLR one day. That day came sooner than I expected, but I couldn't be happier. This camera has everything I want: large, sharp images, touch-screen LCD back, wifi to transfer my images to my iPad or PC, or even control the camera from my iPad, and so much more. I have since read that this is the camera of choice for many professionals, which is the best recommendation. Yes, the 5D Mark IV is pricey, but if you can swing it, it gives you a lot for the money!

No regrets! I've been waiting for the 6D mark II but it came out late a month after I purchased this camera. I have the EF 70-200 F2.8 L and tried the EF F2.8 L II USM but to heavy for travel (Europe) photography . Have it exchanged with the camera kit with EF F/4 II IS L USM (thanks BB for letting me) which is great for travel.

The Camera has been awesome to use. We love it! It's quick and has awesome features. We especially like the wifi feature. It's a big step up from the mark lll.

This is my 2nd Canon camera and it is an excellent choice. Takes great pictures and low light conditions. If are looking for an personal camera for most any sitting in my opinion this the best one for the money.

I purchased this camera for my husbands birthday, he loves it. He is still learning all the bells and whistles but is enjoying the process. The ease he has transferring the pictures from the camera to his computer is fast. His photos are great. All of the lenses are very expensive, realize that when you are making this purchase.

This is the best camera I have ever owned. It has the BEST user interface and touch functionality of any comparable cameras in its price range. paired with the 24-105mm lens and battery grip it is a very good versatile camera.

This is the best camera I have ever used. It is a great camera for both a professional and amateur photographer. It has most of the features you could ever want. I highly recommend it !

I had a canon t4i and was looking into getting and upgrade. Thought of getting the t7i, but I was looking for full frame capabilities. Decided to go for the 5D mark iv. It's a little pricey, but OH BOY does it make a difference. I love this powerful tool. Also got a 50mm 1.2L and let me tell ya. Some people complain about the price, but the performance is so worth it.

The 5d mk IV is a great full frame shooter! They had this kit on sale with the 24-105mm f/4L lens (which I don't need, but hey it's another L lens =P) this makes the 3rd 5d mk IV body I own, If your new to photography or don't need the 4k Video recording option, Canon has tons of other cheaper full frame and crop sensor cams to choose from! But regardless if your a new photographer or a PRO, you can't go wrong with the 5d! *** I would have uploaded pictures but BestBuy has a 2mb Limit on photos LOLOLOLOL...

Just (finally) got this one to replace the Mark III stolen off an airplane last year (sob). Setup and operations have minimal changes (except for surprise of touch screen function), so not much learning curve... Huge improvements in image quality, onscreen with Photoshop, over Mark III. I almost always use natural light in Manual mode, but don't recall this ease of use with ISO set at Auto - is hard to mess up, even with fast moving children...

Where do I begin? Simply put, this camera is amazing - from the increased ISO range, better sensor, and the larger viewing screen are just a few features that make it so much better than our Mark IIs. The contrast and black levels on the IV are simply amazing. The colors are richer and brighter. The clarity on screen is greater. It is just a better camera. Thought it would be nicer, just did not anticipate it being so much nicer. If you are thinking about upgrading or buying, just do it! You will not be disappointed.
