Great Product... looked at many alternate brands and solutions for Home Office set up and family, personal and school needs. Also love the advanced SCANNING capabilities (to email, file server, USB,..) to help digitize our paper intensive life Impressed with quality, reliability (so far 3 months and 3 000 pages) great unit - would recommend at any time Love the that Canon added the AirPrint feature

Upon having received my MFD, powering on the printer came up with an error code. The first one was the scanner motor was stuck and was not able to be moved. After, a few power cycles, it worked. Another error code came up with E020-01C0. The tonor Y had an issue. A Canon tech came over and attempted to replace the part. After 3 failed attempts with the same error code, Canon had no idea on what to do. I had a few days left to return it back to BestBuy. I returned it ine day before my return window had expired because I was waiting for BestBuy to have more in stock online. Canon was never going to replace it and only change the entire board inside if they had to. Canon was not that helpfull even with a business account. BestBuy accepted my return with no hesitations. With these high end printers from Canon, I would rather go for another brand due to their lack of support.

Great, printer but a little difficult to set up. Make sure you have friends to help you mover it.
