IT IS INCREDIBLY EASY TO USE, RELIABLE AND POWERFUL! I STILL HAVE MY CANON SPEED LIGHT 270 EX FROM 5 YEARS AGO AND IT AS WELL WORKS GREAT STILL. THIS 600 EX II IS GREAT AND I LOVE BOTH MY FLASH'S

I had used a third party flash for some time with less than optimal results. The Photo staff was very helpful in letting me analyze the floor model Canon flash on my own equipment. Based on their help, I made a purchase and my flash images have significantly improved.

I bought this flash to complement my line of flashes with RT capability. I already have the MkI and a 430exRT III as well as the controller. Flash works as expected, the addition of the Bounce Adapter is nice. The color filters are ok, but I really don't use them. The only caveat I have with this is the design of the case which will have the flash stored at 90 angle, rather than straight. This makes the case occupy a much larger footprint which in my small bag is a problem. I guess I could use it without the case, but then I'd need to have another secure place for the accessories or don't carry them. Price is always an issue, evidently we're paying some premium for the brand. Acquiring one flash is not that much of a problem but if you need several, then it can be a deal breaker.

This is by far one of the best flash available. Though a bit pricey, pictures will come out looking excellent. If you’re looking for a flash and you have the money for, I’ll suggest you get this.

This flash does everything, great battery life and performance. It is a little heavy but expected for type of use. Do not remove the white cardboard light reflector!

This flash is a monster. It may be a bit expensive when compared to other brands but it works perfectly with my 5d mark iv and is a big jump up in power and performance from their smaller model.

After using this flash on three weddings i am going to buy one more and the wireless trigger for them. I am using after market now but i can see the full potential this has. As a wedding photographer easy to use and durable is what I’m after this provides that and much more.

I purchased this for my son, who is a photographer. He loves it and it has helped his business tremendously. Everyone comments how clear and clean his pictures are once they see them.

If you just want a submarine telescope sticking on top of your camera then buy any old camera mounted flash . But if your serious about your photography and are looking for something to take your shots from average to wow, this is it ! Light up the night or the day with this beast .

I upgraded to this from a 430 ex that was damaged out in the field , I use it mostly for Fill flash at events . it covers a broader range , very easy to use , nice results and multiple filters included with purchasse . If I was to find a negative , Its large and adds some weight to the camera but its worth the results

I have been purchasing Canon products since the early 1970's, cameras, flashes and peripherals. With my latest purchased the Canon 66 EX II no surprises, powerful, extremely fast, batteries last a long time, and most of all the uses it has. From Wi-Fi, to master, slave, configurations to meet numerous uses. Overall it an excellent flash although a bit heavy but manageable.

This light is was the best value for the money. The ability to produce as much or as little light as needed is definitely a plus as well.

The flash comes with 3 filters. It’s sasy to use and a great addition to my Canon D70. Would purchase another one soon.

As a wedding photographer, this is a must-have item in my bag. I use two of them, one on my camera body, one off camera. If you need more than one flash, make sure you’re getting one like this with radio transmission built in (that’s what the “RT” stands for). Initial set up is frustratingly tricky— definitely search YouTube for help. But once they’re set up, they “just work” effortlessly.
