Absolutely amazing experience buying this product. Best customer service I have experienced in my life. Received the first camera ( exactly as described, if ypu think it isn't then ypu didn't read it all or pay attention. ) the camera worked well. Wired it all up and installed . Couldn't get the rear camera to work. Before I coyld even write a review Cardivox emailed me to see how it was woeking. I informed them of the issue. They then worked with me sending videos to troubleshoot. After that sent me a new rear camera to see if that was the issue. Still dint work . They then sent me a new main camera and bingo it works great . Port for the rear camera was just bad on the first one. I sent them back all the other items I didnt need. They continued to go out of there way to make sure I had a working product. Again I think I company is doing things right when they care enough to do all that. Excellent cam for the price. Does everything you need. Will buy another one for my Spouses vehicle.
