Just like brand new! Works and looks great. Better than paying full price for a new in box one. Cant tell the difference.

Seems to work well. The only problem I have is that it came to me in just a plain cardboard box. No wrapping or any packing to protect it. It also looked very dirty. It had finger prints all over it needless to say i wiped it down with sanitizing wipes for two days. gross! It did not come with any accessories either like a charging cord or a cube so be prepared. Other than that it seems to work well.

I purchased this product for my daughter during Christmas. The battery reduced quickly with usage. The iPad was only used since January amd it had already stopped working properly. The iPad comes on, the screen rotates, but it no longer responds to touch. Therefore my daughter cannot login and use the device. It has NOT been dropped or mishandled, only used daily. I wish I would have just purchased a brand new iPad for her. I had my doubts initially, but now they have been confirmed.

If I could give zero, I would. The tablet break least then a month after a got it. I went to Best Buy, I was told that there is nothing they can do. It’s past the 14 days return window.
