It works really well. Bought a charger to charge a newly purchased EV faster than the 110V charger it came with. Had it installed in my garage by a certified Master electrician, who is also certified on ChargePoint equipment. There was a moment of uncertainty when the electrician said, "As long as you have open spots on your electric panel." However, I did, so it was not a problem, and it only took about an hour to install. The box came with the option to plug it into a 220V wall socket - but I did not have that connection in my garage. The electrician suggested it would be faster with the hardwired connection anyway. It has a very long cord. No matter where it was mounted in the garage, it would reach the car. It lights up blue when charging and green when not. The app is excellent, except the model year of my car isn't on it. The really nice thing is that you can schedule when you want the car to start charging, to take advantage of the best electricity rates. You can plug it in and forget about it. The app will tell you, for each session, the $cost, the kWh used, and the estimated distance you get from your charge. Lastly, it is speedy compared to the 110V charger that the car came with. I could watch paint dry faster than the 110V was charging. From 80%, it charges my car to 100% in about 8 hours. It was taking 4x plus some more with the 110v. It's been steady and reliable. It is not exposed to the weather, but it will get colder. I haven't had it through a winter season, but I don't think that will affect the charger as much as it will the car. I had checked to make sure my energy company approved it. I was also eligible to get a rebate for installing it by providing the invoice from the certified electrician. Which actually covered the cost of my installation. It has been a good purchase. It's convenient, dependable and there when you need it. I don't think about it when I'm not using it, like most of the appliances in my house. :)

Good product and smart app that found my provider and by selecting my electro plan it scheduled the charging to the super off peak hours. Had an issue which was my electrician’s fault and the customer service was very helpful in guiding me.

I have my unit plugged in vs hardwired, in the event it burns out I won't need an electrician a second time. I get 30 MPH for range. So far I love it

I love my charger. It was easybfor the electrician to install. Charging schedule is awesome. My Kia Niro loves getting to 100 in 6 hours vs the 39 hours the level one charger would take.

Works great. Easy to install and very reliable app. Great to see how much it cost to charge the car and even better to show how much cheaper it is than gas as well.

This charger has a wonderful heft, product, and quality that seems very related to their actual chargers they use for public charging areas! Highly recommend and wonderful quality. Other brands seem cheap in regards to materials quality this charger has far exceeded my expectations!
