This iron is very lightweight compared to others in the market. I really love it! Faster to use. I hate wrinkles! This iron works for our needs, thank you!

This iron heats up quickly and delivers strong, consistent steam, which makes ironing much easier. It glides smoothly over all types of fabric and removes wrinkles effectively. The water tank is easy to fill, and the build quality feels solid. Great performance at a very reasonable price!

I did not know what expect. This iron has surpassed my expectations. Its the perfect iron. The setings are accurate. I get plenty of steam in the steam setting. Its worrh the price. I recommend it.

I iron a LOT and actually enjoy it. Having owned Shark irons in the past, I was skeptical about trying a different brand until I got this one. I never heard of "CHI" as a manufacturer before, but now that I know I would highly recommend this iron! So far, I haven't had any residue show or stick to the plate. I also like that it's gold-ish and just stylish overall. It heats up quickly and provides a solid amount of steam. Most irons I purchase tend to wear out after about 2 years, so I guess time will tell with it's durability. To date, I'm VERY happy with my purchase!

I love this iron! I had currently been using one of those little travel irons that you tuck in your suitcase, so this was obviously quite and improvement. I love the balance and ease of motion, the steam is great and supply is abundant, negating the need to constantly add water. Long cord is a plus. A little pricy, but well worth it!

I have used this iron since December of 2025 and have had zero issue. The base is made of premium material and never burns your dress/shirt. Get yours before it runs out because it’s the best among the rest!!!

The CHI iron is lightweight and easy to use. Holds an adequate water supply for steam. Overall great iron but a little pricey

Such a classy and efficient iron! I stopped using the steam feature on my former iron many years ago because it dripped. This iron steams beautifully and is a joy to use. I also appreciate the weight -- not too heavy, but heavy enough to get the job done.

It's like a professional Iron at an affordable price. It even looks good! The dials and switches feel durable. There's a good weight to it without being heavy. Best iron ever!

So far, this is the best iron I have owned. Heats fast and steam is consistent, which I have had issues with others in the past. Disregard any negative marks about the water filler…it is just fine and easy to fill.

The iron was very good, I encountered a small problem with the bottom, contacted the factory, they were very fast in replying and sent me a new iron, excellent customer support.

Needed a new iron beside our steam ones. This one has a great quality as far as the functionality goes. Also felt very safe and easy to use. Should i mention it looks premium also! Would be buying again if needed!!

Excellent item! I only do basic ironing and this does the job! I’ve had it for about a year and use it maybe once a month!
