Bought an unlocked phone for use with Consumer Cellular and called from store to order sim card to be sent to my home. Since I was in store, the customer rep. onphone suggested to buy card at store and activate while there and they would credit purchse to my next bill. The store associate got the card and helped with activation process. End result was I got my new phone, everything transferred over, activared and walked out complete in 1/2 hour. Great service, thanks Best Buy in Victor.

I love Consumer Cellular. Just moved my parents from AT&T because they just need service for talk. I was sick and tired of AT&T constantly raising the cost of my services. Plus, my parents do not even use text messaging or data. Also, Consumer Cellular has excellent customer service and coverage. Phone calls sound crystal clear. Highly recommend!

Traveling between Tampa, Atlanta, Savannah and Asheville there was no loss of coverage. Being able to start with the minimum plan to save money and if necessary upgrade to a larger one was a great way to use and have available only what I needed. I would certainly use Consumer Cellular again!

I bought these cards to put in my husbands and my unlocked cell phones. We had previously used AT&T. It is really easy to do. You can choose from AT&T or I believe t mobile. Make sure you buy the one that works best where you live. I called consumer cellular and they walked me through the entire process. Our phones were up and running within 1/2 hour. I am very happy. We saved more than 50% on our cell phone bill monthly. Also, they credited the cost of the card towards our next bill.

Worked perfectly in my ATT Iphone. My Iphone was NOT unlocked, but was ATT branded. Popped this sim in and signal was great and ready to be used! Highly recommend, and does use the ATT towers.

So far, I've had no problems or complaints. The customer service is good. The price is cheapest we've found for what we needed. The coverage has been better than expected.

Got my sim card at BB. Called Consumer Cellular. They walked me through the process. Now I get great text and phone service at a fraction of the cost that I used to pay. You can't beat it! I have an Iphone 6+.

Lost my Consumer Cellular cell phone so needed new SIM card so I could transfer my cell # to new Samsung phone. I love Consumer Cellular--it has saved me so much money.

This was a great Sim card now i can take a ton of Pictures,a lot more video,and more Consumer Celluar only works with AT&T And offers no activation. A really great deal all around.

Combining Consumer Cellular with the AT&T network and an AARP discount makes for a great smartphone plan for anyone 50+.

Consumer Cellular uses the ATT and TMobile networks. Be sure to get the SIMM card for the network that works best in your heighborhood.

Great company so far customer service seems to be very slight knowledgeable so far one of the better companies I've had to work with on activating phones and such

Difficult to slide into place. Once I was able to do that, I logged into my carrier and went through the online prompts to active. Up and running in 2 minutes.
