Nice size & color, not too heavy, fits in my walker pouch and car cup holder. I do like that i dont have to use the sraw, you can remove the straw, flip the spout back and drink, it has proven to keep water & ice through hot summer days in Phoenix. It came a little damaged and dirty on the outside of the bottle but i didn't want to return it and wait for a new one to come, so i just washed it well, which is what i would have done regardless and fixed the damaged area and put it through the test of why i really wanted it and it does its job

It states 40oz...but I'm thinking it's a bit less. But the use and feel of the container is great. I tend to use it for my soda runs at the gas station. It's a bit tall, but works out.
