Snagged this one sale which makes it worth it. I had previously owned the wired version and this one feels better in regard to weight (ergonomics/grip is the same). I appreciate the minimalist style and absence of RGB. The form of the mouse did take me some time to get used to as the palm rest or hump is quite pronounced compared to other mice. My thumb just barely has enough room to not accidentally bump the side buttons and both my ring and pinky fingers have adequate room to grip the other side. Last, this mouse is plug and play without iCUE. The only thing I don’t like is the mouse wheel (love the style though). It makes a loud noise when scrolling as though something is causing too much friction, even though it scrolls with ease. Nevertheless, makes me think it will be the first thing to break. Here’s to hoping.

I bought it on clearance so I am not too disappointed, but while this mouse is impressively lightweight, it simultaneously feels awfully cheap with sides flexing and making creaking sounds. Another downside in my opinion is that it requires the drivers to be installed in order to adjust the DPI, which is set to 1200 by default.

If you don’t already have a light weight mouse like the super light and have Corsair products I would highly recommend this mouse. I had the Superlight and decided to get this mouse because everything else I use is from Corsair and uses ICUE and I wanted to limit the amount of processes I have running in the background. The shape is really friendly for a relaxed clam or palm grip would not recommend for finger tip. Only way this could have been 5 stars is if they used a 3395 sensor and not 26k marksman (same as Superlight Gen 1) and the battery life could be better.

Light weight and very comfortable. Also ordered the glass skates and grip tape from corsairs website. Gave it a much smoother feel and increased handling.

I highly recommend this mouse. It is perfect for gaming.

INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION The Corsair M75 is configured using Corsair’s iCue software. Upon receiving the M75, the iCue software notified me of a mandatory firmware update. Unlike some of my other recent Corsair products, the update went without fuss or issues. Like other premium gaming mice from Corsair’s competitors, the M75 went with the minimalist, much appreciated approach. Buttons are kept to a bare minimum, 2 on top, 2 on the side, a scroll and click wheel, and a lone button on the bottom for power / communication method / pairing. Simple, lightweight, basic. The way it should be. The M75 connects to the computer via one of 3 ways. Hardwired via the included USB-C cable, Bluetooth, or via the Corsair Slipstream dongle. The Slipstream is Corsair’s high-speed wireless communications protocol. It works well and all settings relating to the dongle can be easily configured in the iCue app. Battery life is decent, but not overly spectacular. The M75 is rated up to 100 hours of battery life using Bluetooth. That seems about spot on. I have other mice that last longer, but 100hrs is nothing to complain about. AESTHETICS Like I mentioned before, the M75 is a minimalist design. The lack of RGB everywhere is quite refreshing and helps to give the mouse a premium look. There is only 1 LED on the whole mouse. It has multiple duties such as reporting charge status, connection method, power, etc. Simple and effective. Like the competition, Corsair’s latest entry sports optical switches and a high-resolution optical sensor. Corsair’s is rated at 26000dpi. The optical switches are smooth and efficient. I would not worry about the 26000dpi sensor. I can’t tell a difference between it and a 30000dpi sensor on my other gaming mouse. At some point, it just becomes bragging rights in marketing lingo. The M75 has a decent, light feel. Not as light as some of my other mice, but not nearly as heavy as most. It strikes a nice balance. I have some mice that have went to extremes to cut weight. So much so, that they feel and sound incredibly cheap. Not so much with the Corsair. It strikes a decent balance of heft vs feel without being cheap feeling. CONCLUSION The Corsair M75 Air checks a bunch of the correct boxes without leaving too much on the table. I am fortunate to get to test gaming mice from many different manufacturers. With that, would the M75 be my first choice if I were to pick a favorite mouse? No, it would not. I would rate it a tie for 3rd between all the big players in the field. The M75 is not a bad product, far from it. It is nice, it just isn’t enough to dethrone my current favorite mouse. However, if I needed a mouse and was fully involved and committed to the iCue ecosystem, I would have no reservations picking one up. RECOMMENDED

Before I begin, I will fully disclose that I used to be heavily involved in the PC gaming hardware scene and was quite well known for being one of the biggest "mouse nerds" prior to the modern era of Reddit and Youtube influencers. I was big enough to where project managers and or marketing for some very well known companies would communicate with me and discuss what could be improved via either existing products or future ones. Back then, it was mainly about getting the perfect optimization for older style Agilent/Avago sensors based on A2020 hardware; ADNS-30XX variants as time went on. Pixart would go on to purchase Avago's sensor division, which was also formally and originally Agilent's. There was a lot that went into it and older "esports" oriented sensor hardware had to be tuned via 3rd party LED and or firmware optimization. Bigger companies had access to custom optimization directly. There were also outlier companies that incorporated a custom lens design.. Both rooted in the creation of some of the first real gaming mice with optical hardware. Alternative VCSEL integrated hardware from 2009-2013 had issues with how the lens projected on the surface. This would cause IPS speed limitations and or inconsistent tracking via cloth/silicone based surfaces. Mice with these sensors weren't really favored in the pro scene in relation to established A2020 based hardware that carried on for the decade prior. Circa 2002-2013. Of course, modern hardware doesn't really have sensor issues outside of MCU oriented problems, but I do like to weigh in on subjective areas or what can be improved outside of this. The sensor in this mouse is more or less based on a 36*36 CMOS design from 2014 with incremental changes since then. The connections I had prior have no impact on how I feel about this mouse or corsair as a company. Anyway.. Let's get started! SHAPE: Right of the bat, I REALLY like the industrial design of this mouse. I didn't have much expectation going into it, but whoever they hired to create this design more or less knocked it out of the park for me. Its slightly bigger than the competitor mouse they were aiming for but the dimensions just work. I haven an idea of the ID firm, but I'll avoid mentioning it. The shape of the mouse is a very subjective area, but I do enjoy this. Solid 5/5 for me. SENSOR: Like I mentioned prior, there are no glaring issues with modern sensors. They just work for 99.9% of situations and you would struggle to recreate the problems of the market from 10-15 years prior if sticking to OEM design parameters. You can even tune lift off these days without major drawbacks or surface compatibility. It does feel like there's more latency compared to my daily driver mouse, but I'm just too lazy to measure that at the moment. MICROCONTROLLER/POLLING: The mouse does have a problem involving the MCU and or polling rate. Especially involving software configuration and limitations. The 2000hz polling isn't real and the microcontroller itself might be too weak to even poll at this rate as alternative brands use a M33 or M7 main unit routed through 2 other separate controllers for this type of config. I know most people buying this mouse won't really check the hardware, but I consider it this a major flaw. The 2000hz settings (wired and wireless) will data peak at around 1200hz polling. Wired 1000 setting will indeed push 1000 limit give or take, but there's no way to really change the "slipstream 2000hz" when using the 2.4G dongle. Alternative BT mode will poll 100hz with 128hz spikes from what I can see. I don't like the setup and marketing involved with this... and that will lead us to.. BATTERY: Because of the single "2000hz" 2.4G setting, the battery has a 34 hour rating and it obviously shows...Even when compared to competitors pushing almost double the battery life with a real 2000hz polling setting. They could have solved this with a bigger battery and made it more competitive to other "e-sports" grade mice, but I would assume they were aiming for that 60g weight profile to also compete in that same 60g criteria. It's a big oversight to me and between the polling rate not even being real.. it just seems silly. -Does NOT come with a USB extender either, you are going to need two open USB ports to consistently charge this mouse. BT works as expected and gives 100hours, but that's due to lower polling via BT protocol @ 100-128hz. Again the 2.4G setting cannot change from "slipstream 2000hz". Competitors can push over 90hrs on a similar 1k polling rate, within the same weight profile. MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION: It feels well built and doesn't really creak or make noises when squeezing body. Excellent mechanical ID in most areas.. BUT... there's an another major oversight. The top plate M1 and M2 buttons will trigger if you slam the mouse down lightly after a fast swipe when playing with a low to medium sensitivity in FPS games. This essentially means you can accidently trigger a click on main fire or alternative zoom if you need to reposition the mouse. I do not know how this got through general testing or was approved by the general project manager for release, but this is a major oversight and will have to be fixed in the coming months. I could be unlucky based on sampling, but I haven't seen a mouse really do this in over 10 years. It actually will make this mouse sort of unusable for many people assuming my sample isn't the only one that does it. OVERALL: This mouse can be the basis for something absolutely amazing, but as of right now there are 2-3 major issues that should be addressed or fixed in the next revision. I absolutely love love LOVE the design and general shape of this mouse. It's very refined while keeping a smaller profile. Is it perfect? Of course not, but I believe it covers a wider range of gamers that are turned off by other popular shapes maybe competing with this one. :) IF anyone at Corsair reads this, I would suggest the M1/M2 slam issue to be fixed ASAP either via factory tolerances or a redesign of the top plate key. Maybe this can be passed along to the PM or team in charge of this product. I think the battery and polling issues are intertwined. Would have to be a "V2" sort of fix, but I believe they can get this product to be more competitive with other mice. 1-1.2k hz peak at 34hr rated just seems so silly when there are mice polling at 1k pushing well over 90hr run time in the same 60G weight profile. I almost forgot.. The cord is just a basic braided cable and a copy paste from an alternative corsair mouse or mice. It's thicker and stiffer than most. Would have liked to see a thin rubber cable or something paracord-esque. Final verdict? 3/5.. It absolutely hurts me to rate it this low, but I cannot overlook what is presented to me. I want this product to succeed, but it seems very low effort on multiple fronts. Corsair tried to tick every box, but ended up with compromises, especially in the battery and polling department.

While some may find its lightness to be a matter of personal preference, I believe it's a small trade-off for the exceptional performance it offers. Arriving in classic Corsair boxing, inside you will find the M75 Air, a very long and nice braided USB-C to USB-A cable and a couple of pamphlets. The mouse itself is very light especially for a wireless mouse. I currently use a Razer DeathAdder V3 Ultra Lightweight wired mouse and the Corsair feels just as light if not a touch lighter without the cable drag. The M75 makes my wireless mouse from EVGA feel like a boat anchor it is so light. It is also far more responsive even compared against my Kona wireless mouse. Ergonomics are spot on when what you want is a dialed in mouse with minimal secondary buttons so there is nothing else getting in your way. Gaming mouse devices with buttons and function keys all over the place really detract from the gaming experience. Holding and gripping the M75 shows it means business. On the bottom, you can select between dongle mode or Bluetooth mode. As a test, I flicked it Bluetooth and Windows 11 picked it right up and Bluetooth performance was very smooth and even. I would go so far as to say you could do the bulk of your gaming in this mode it was that accurate and easy to use. It is only for that extra high degree of accuracy for specific games where you would want to switch to the dongle. This will make a great mouse to test or use on any system if you happen to have your dongle elsewhere or the system you're using lacks a proper USB-A port like many of the super small Windows tablets on the market. This dual functionality is a major plus. The scroll wheel is easy to navigate and flicking through web pages was immediately intuitive. When not in use, the USB dongle has a small notch on the underside of the mouse where it can be stored. There is no auto eject system. It clicks into place and then you just drag it back out when needed. Using the mouse is as simple as plugging in the dongle and setting the mouse to dongle mode and off you go. Since the mouse as zero RGB, there is nothing to set. I love the minimalist approach. I loaded up World of Warcraft: Dragonflight and Fallout 76 to get some play time in and it looks, feels and plays very much like my Razer. They even look similar to a degree too. The major difference being the M75 is wireless yet felt very accurate and easy to use. I must reiterate the light weight of the M75. As I've gotten more fine tuned with gaming and older, I appreciate a lighter mouse for quick movement and pick up / repositions in the heat of the action. As for the price, while I am a big advocate that you get what you pay for, the Corsaie M75 Air is not inexpensive. This is a luxury price point for a gaming mouse so it will depend on how serious you take your gaming as this is the best wireless mouse I've ever used and effectively ties every wired mouse I've used for gaming but that comes at a price. Overall, the Corsair M75 focuses on what's important and that is response time, ergonimics, ease of movement and repositioning. Corsair did away with any and all extras that could detract from the core focus which is to offer a precision, wireless mouse that checks all the boxes for a good gaming experience.

When it comes to computer mice I had initially thought that they are all almost the same. For the most part I still have that mindset.. at least for when it comes the the typical day to day web browsing, writing emails etc. However when it comes to game, peripherals can make or break a gaming experience and this mouse is a testament to that statement. This mouse is ridiculously light weight, in fact it is so light weight that I was questioning if some of the internal components were actually missing... well they weren't. Gaming has become much more enjoyable since using this mouse and pairing it to their companion app which color codes and syncs the experience along side the keyboard. Sensitivity is there too for those quick twitch needs. The buttons layout is pretty standard but not overkill which is nice too. The charging docs to the front of the mouse and does not get into the way of gaming. The color is a shiny black and does a good job at hiding finger prints. All in all, if you are looking for a gaming or every day mouse then this once will fit the bill with its light weight design!

The Corsair M75 Air Wireless Ultra-Lightweight Gaming Mouse is a very unique entry into the gaming world. As someone that has owned several gaming mice over my years, I have developed my own preferences as I am sure others have as well. Let’s start at step one with this mouse. The unboxing and setup is extremely simple. In the box, you will find the mouse, a dongle, the cord, and two booklets. I went ahead and set up the mouse with the cord running to the back of my rig. I already had iCue installed and it recognized it right away. iCue has its own issues, but things are pretty straightforward with the M75 Air. You can set up the functionality for the side buttons, set the preferred DPI, calibrate the mouse, and more. Once fully charged, there are three options for using the M75 Air. You can use it wired, wireless with the USB dongle, or wireless via Bluetooth. All three appear to function well. I didn’t see a dropoff when switching between them at all. These options also make it possible to connect to just about any device as well. That’s something that I will have to check out with a tablet at a later time. The ability to change between the connections is made easy with the button on the bottom of the mouse. There’s even a little key on the bottom to show you what’s there. From a physical standpoint, it’s pretty slick with its all black look. The only color is a little yellow in the scroll wheel. For me, it’s not enough at that price point. I would like to have a small hint of RGB or something. Yes, it’s superficial, but it helps it to blend in with the rest of my peripherals. Outside of that, the M75 Air is aptly named. This thing is so light. It made me question the build and if there was a missing weight to add that is still in the box. I am used to a mouse that has some weight to it. It’s not a bad transition, but it takes some time to get the feel for it. Functionally, I had no issues while gaming. It held its own against others that I have used. The only thing that I don’t like is having to go into iCue to adjust the DPI. I would much prefer to have a button already there to adjust to some presets like I can with others. It’s not a terrible pain to launch iCue to do it, but it’s not efficient in my book. All in all, the Corsair M75 Air is a pretty good mouse for the no frills desired gamers that are out there. I question if the performance, look, and options meet the price point though. I would like to see a little more to it based on what I have used and seen on a gaming mouse at that level.

Corsair is my favorite product line… ask any true gamer. Good build quality, light fast and I love how the sensors pick up reads on any surface even better then Alienware and Logitech.

As a long time gamer and corsair vet this mouse caught me off guard a bit. I've owned many Corsair gaming mice with my last two being the Dark Core Pro and M65 Ultra Wireless. This new M75 is so light it made me question how I've been gaming so long with weight of a normal gaming mouse. I'm still getting used to how light this mouse is. This mouse is much lighter, has a great fit for my hands (Slightly above average), and is ultra responsive. This mouse gets straight to the point and only has one profile. The surface calibration takes 4x times as long due to the upgraded sensor. I'd recommend to update and make sure your running the latest version of ICUE software before installing to save yourself some time. I know the price tag may catch some off guard, but similar competitors cost the same or more.

I liked this mouse, very light, good build quality, and reputable brand. Software is fairly easy to use but not perfect, it can be a tad annoying. Unfortunately for me the buttons on the side were too close to my hand so it was awkward to press them, so Id recommend this for medium or small hand sizes.

The mouse is light, long lasting, responsive, and comfortable. My only complaint that doesnt really matter anymore is the lack of a speed toggle, but as i said i dont really care because its adjustable in the icue app anyway.

Responsive, comfortable mouse with poor build quality. The mouse clicks feel great, it’s lightweight and comfortable. The major downside is whatever coating Corsair used on this mouse wears down after 2-3 months from matte finish to shiny. I’ve had this happen on two mice. Would be great at a discounted price but considering you’ll probably want grip tape after the finish wears only adds to the cost.

This mouse seems to be CORSAIRS answer to the Logitech G Pro Super light. It has a similar type of ambi, rather safe shape. However this mouse is a bit longer and I think better for those who have bigger hands or want to palm grip. The buttons all felt pretty good. However, the main clicks, which are optical switches, sound hollow and really unappealing to me. Other vendors such as Razer and Logitech seem to have cracked the code and have switches that feel and sound more like normal switches. It's not a huge deal but it is something. I really like the scroll wheel on this mouse, it sits more forward to the front of the mouse than most mice and honestly I find this to be very nice as it makes it easier to use. I've seen some reviews that say the mouse feet are bad, but in my testing they are as good as any mouse feet out there and I didn't see any reason to get after market feet. Now let's talk about what is wrong with this mouse. First off the battery life seems to be rather weak. I use a mouse all day every day for work + gaming and felt like I need to charger it rather often, probably every other day. I guess it's not the worst but there are better out there. Second you need to install iCUE software to use the mouse which, well iCUE is nothing special. Just another program taking up space. However the process for updating the mouse firmware was fast and easy. I just with mouse vendors would stop forcing me to install these big apps when all I want to do is set the mouse up for the first time. When I have my mouse setup I rarely if every need to touch it again. Third the widget for telling you how much battery you have left is virtually worthless as it only tells if if it's high or low, that's it. You never really know when you will get to low battery. Most other vendors give you a battery percentage which makes it much easier to figure out if you should charge your mouse or not. Fourth, CORSAIR advertise this mouse as having a 2K hz polling rate. This has been proven false, not on just this mouse, but any other CORSAIR mouse that advertises this "feature". In reality this is a standard 1K hz polling rate, but it duplicates each packet sent so that it can claim to be 2K hz. How CORSAIR can continue to advertise this is beyond me. Lastly, unlike every other gaming mouse I've bought in the last how many years (and I own dozens) this mouse does not come with a wireless adapter. Truly a strange thing to exclude. Overall this is not a terrible mouse, but the gaming mouse market has a lot of competition and for the price I expect better. I think if you could get this mouse at deep discount $100 or less then it would be much more of a recommend.

After sticking with wired mice for a long time I decided to finally make the switch to wireless. I didn’t like the idea of having to charge my mouse constantly but this mouse has great battery life! I’ve had this mouse for about 2 weeks now and i still haven’t had to charge it! The m75 air feels very light but still sturdy, and preforms great in gaming. Overall very very happy with this mouse, would definitely buy again.
