Great value. Essy to get going. Cools fairly well. Had in split level top floor cooling dining room and kitchen and worked fairly well.

I just purchased this and it's truly worth every penny it cools down my apartment quickly with no hesitation,I put it on and in 10 mins my place it's cool and comfortable...the install was fast and easy ..

I bought this unit because my Ac went out and needed some relief until I can figure out cost of replacing the house unit. I live in Fl and the heat this year has been so bad well into the 100s. I have a townhouse and the heat rises and so I bought this and works. Sometimes it works to good but setup was fairly easy . I would suggest you get some type of sealing strips of foam or tape to get good seal on the window. And the exhaust tube does get warm and the unit does have a dehumidifier but haven’t used it yet. But Ac work great goes down to 61 or 62. Has to fan speeds the second fan speed is a little loud but not a dealbreaker I think. I have this in my bedroom and cools the rooms. I would think if you have this in a small room or office. Does have wheels as well so you can move it but it has to stay near a window because of the exhaust tube.

It is a little loud but cools well, It does take up a bit of room.

Easy to use!!! We’ve only had it a month, but have used it in the summer heat in our bedroom, living room, and while camping. It will freeze you out if you let it! We love it and recommend it to others!

Was very easy to hookup. Does a great job considering the low cost.

Cools our whole living Room Quickly. However, with the power button on the top, My cat jumps up and turns it off! Bad Cat!

We got it for our 30 ft. camper to help on really hot days with our camper regular a/c. It does above what we expected keeping it cool inside the camper. In fact most days we can actually leave the regular a/c off and just run the portable one. Keeps it really nice.

Works as it should. Very basic. No issues but other 10k btu units i own feel like they work better but again no issue's

Unit works good. But the quiet sleep mode is not that quiet! Cant hear the tv or talk to the person next to you unless you speak up. If you’re looking for a quiet unit this is not in. It’s louder than the older one we had. The old living room window unit is quieter.

I cannot recommend this product because after installing to the letter the compressor cut at on and off and the unit itself acts as a heater even with proper ventilation and set on the cool setting set to 61 which is the Lowes it can go. I went to Best Buy to return it but it was purchased through a vend so I had to consult them prior to return which make the purchase all the more annoying because I had it for 2 weeks to see if it was just an issue with settling and even as I have explained to them I am not a novice to installation they want me to complete elementary trouble shooting steps. I am not going to take it back up and down stairs AGAIN! I will not recommended

The fact that it is brand new and with the protection plan for 24 months
