Found 3 gallon jugs n enjoying the amount of ice it makes

Ice maker not working after 6 months I’m not happy with best buy

Nice unit that takes up almost twice the footprint of our previous model. Upside is double the ice output per day.

Makes ice quickly, and does not need to be refilled very often.

Ordered this, has never worked. I’ve been talking to the manufacturer and now they want to replace a main board and say I won’t get one for at least a month. Literally never worked out of the box. Going on 2 months now

Its good buy all in place no more ice bin to to water bin 1 place for everything

Had to return The way the water bottle was set up is not very convenient not enough room for the water to fall

Ice and cold water whenever. Works like a charm and doesnt take up too much space.

I never revived this product. I and my 2 neighbors have cameras and nobody delivered anything have to go into Best Buy to talk with a manager. No pictures were taken by delivery driver
