. I always believed Best Buy would stand behind the products sold on its website. Unfortunately, I learned that's not the case. If something goes wrong with a Marketplace purchase, don't expect Best Buy to protect you. Even if the issue was caused by incorrect information provided by Best Buy employees before the purchase, Marketplace will simply send you back to the third-party seller instead of taking responsibility. I bought from Best Buy because I trusted the Best Buy name, not an unknown Marketplace seller. If I had known Best Buy would not stand behind the information provided by its own employees or support Marketplace customers when problems arise, I would have purchased elsewhere. Think twice before buying from Best Buy Marketplace. When there's a problem, you may find yourself dealing with the seller alone.
