I placed an order, item delivered safely but When i started assembling the parts, there were mission parts (steel rods). In addition, parts are very flimsy, and very light weight. looks like they did not use the right material. very disappointed. When i contact the buyer, it seems like he does not trust and asking many questons. its not actually from best buy. its 3rd party. I will upload picture of missing part and hopefully i will get my refund.
