Defective parts for commercial grade product

Bought this dehumidifier for my basement thinking it would last me a long time. After receiving it I had it running for a month when a code showed (E6) which is a pump issue. Turns out that a part of the pump was not working properly, contacted the seller and said that part is on back order for a month. So i agreed for the new part to be sent since a refund was not offered and i asked for a guarantee that this issue would not happen again. Well i was not guaranteed anything and now i have to wait for a part for a commercial grade machine that is not suppose to be having this problem for the cost of $400.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
